McDonald's — Restaurant in Orange

hello yes the new remodeled McDonald’s is really nice I like it way better than before but the customer service I got was not professional at all, I came in for a interview that I had with Maria which was at 3:00pm on Tuesday December 26th 2023 & honestly I didn’t receive a interview at all the employees just stared at me with judgement when I told one of the employees I was here for a interview with Maria then the employee proceeded to go get Maria or a Manager I don’t even know if she was Maria or not bc she did not introduce herself at all (lady with blue McDonald’s shirt & black long sleeve shirt underneath with hair pulled back into a bun & wearing a blue mask) she shook her head & told me i wasn’t here for a interview so I proceeded to show her my phone with the details of my interview that I received via text & email also with the manager Maria name attached to the texts, she then just walked away with out saying anything then came back with a paper told me fill it out so I did then when I finished I waited at the front counter to give it to her & all she kept doing was staring at me didn’t even come over & ask if I was finished or if I needed help filling anything out etc none of the employees wanted to help me they all just stared after standing there for over 15mins with no help i was finally asked if I wanted to speak to the lady that gave me the paper & i replied she didn’t say anything to me in regards of me waiting to be talked too for a real interview to actually get to know me or if she’ll be in touch, & I can leave so the employee went to go talk to the lady & she told her to tell me that I can leave after having me standing there for almost 20 minutes. I felt like as a interview this was not professional at all, all I wanted was to talk to a manager or Maria so I can find a job for myself in which I applied here because I heard it’s a good easy job to do & I felt I would’ve been a great asset but no one took the time to actually speak to me, instead I was rudely ignored & stared at while i...

Im writing this review because this is the second time something like this has happened in this location.

I placed a mobile order at 10:49pm, not knowing that they close at 11pm. I arrived at 10:55pm. One of the employees saw me and walked to the back. I waited cause I wasn't sure if they were getting my food ready. I didn't want to be rude and just drive off. A few minutes later, the manager sees me. She ignores me and they all prepare to leave.

Now, I can understand and even sympathize with employees wanting to go home after a long day at work. I had just gotten off a 12 hours shift, so i get it. But choosing to ignore a customer is simply unacceptable.

They could've easily opened the window and explained that they were closed and had already cleaned up for the day. But instead they allowed me to wait foolishly, not even acknowledging my presence. That is what irritates me.Wendys is literally a minute away, i would not have minded going there if they just communicated. And the worse part is that there were two other cars behind me; so I wasn't the only one.

Now my question is why would a restaurant still accept mobile orders up until closing if the employees are closing up earlier than their actual time?

And regarding the refund, im not too concerned about it because I know that in itself would probably be a whole process, but there needs to be procedure when events like this does happen, especially since it appears to be so common.

On the window theres a sticker with the owners information. But what would they have me do, contact the owner about a $12 order. I think not. Train your managers and staff Mr. Hasan, or you will lose a lot...

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. It used to be really good, but now it has gone downhill. Me and my daughter went there today. Waited forever just for our food. This place is so unorganized. Staff all over the place like they so confused like they dont care and the food and the serves shows. Drink machine was not working right. You know if the drink machine is not working right then the rest of your stuff is gonna be messed up asked for drinks from drive thru took forever to get that and still wasnt right. We ordered mcflurries. We like were are the mcflurries i look somebody at the machine fixing it he gos it gonna be 10 to 15 min you gotta be kidding me just say its not working before you take my money This is really ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down. Then get home, the food is disgusting. Fries are cold and hard as a rock. Sandwiches throwed together verything on the sandwiches old I would never, ever go to this McDonald's ever again. Disgusting ,disgusting ,Disgusting everything was thrown in the trash take it from me dont waste your time gave your money to restaurants that care...
