Came to this Nekter on Chapman in Orange, Thursday 1/21/21 20 minutes before closing. When we walked in, the employees noticed us but didn’t acknowledge us. Waited 5 minutes to get acknowledged. When approached, I ordered a ginger shot. The employee working said that because it’s 15 minutes till closing they weren’t making juices (ginger shots). I asked when do they stop making juices and they said 20 minutes before closing hesitantly. It seemed like they already cleaned the necessary equipment early to get out early and didn’t want to clean the equipment, so I was left without service. A few before that at this location it was slow and they still took a while to make an açaí bowl for us. Just not satisfied with the service here. Drove 20 mins there to waste my time while someone is getting paid for their time.

Read moreNekter use to be my my go to spot for açaí bowls however after experiencing the worst service I’ve had here yet that’ll change. I ordered an açaí bowl on the app and had it set for pickup. Once I picked it up I asked for peanut butter drizzled on top like mentioned on the app as well as cacao nibs. When I noticed those toppings not in the bowl I asked the employee to add it and he did so with attitude. When I came back to ask for the cacoa nibs that weren’t in the bowl, he instead topped the bowl with coconut nibs. I’m not sure how that got misinterpreted but I just let it go as I realized taking açaí orders correctly is an extremely difficult task, apparently. I’ll be sure to skip Nekter since this is how they operate...
Read moreOne of the worst custumer service I've ever had by far. Waited almost 20 minutes for just two bowls. There were three employees and I heard them just sitting there and telling each other to make the order. When we finally recieved the bowls, one was barely half full. When we asked why, the lady just laughed and said "I don't know, that's just how they come out sometimes. But I mean I can take some out of the other one if that's what you want." Startled by her answer, we didn't want to argue so we left. However, on our way out she proceeded to tell her coworker as she pointed and laughed at us.
