Where is the service!!!! Well, here, it's nonexistent. We walked in, and there was no greeting. However, as we were ignored, we finally saw a sign that instructed us to seat ourselves. Sat at a table, still excited to have the food, and wondered why no one has come by the table. Oh! There's a code to scan to see the menu (think restaurants during covid). The place was virtually empty, yet we've scanned this code, ordered our food and drinks, added our own payment information... and sat in wait. After 15-20 minutes, I hear my name being yelled to get my drink from the empty bar. I grabbed unsweetened teas (which was refreshing) and sat back down. More than twenty more minutes have gone by, and our food came out to us one item at a time by different... idk, cooks, servers... who know? But it was simply placed on the table with no communication at all. The food was high priced and the quality not so good. Pretzels were nice, but cheese was cold. Wings were way over done, mac n cheese was old and hard. The sandwich that we ordered was ok. No one asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks, let alone how our experience was going. The kicker was the requested tip options on the phone app that we were forced to use. Tip? ...what would we possibly tip? This was laughable. Though the pretzels and ice tea were ok, we would never return. I'm not sure if this is their service format, but it is not a pleasant one. Sorry, but this was the worst experience we've had...

First time I came service was just so-so in spite there being multiple bartenders and not too terribly crowded. Today was the final straw: at 5:15pm the brewery was essentially dead, and while they initially greeted me and gave me a menu, they completely ignored me after that and I was never acknowledged again. Mind you itâs just myself and âm siting at the bar right in front of them. I was going to do a flight, which means my order was written down on paper and ready to go, no interaction required if they didnât want to. But they never approached me or even wordlessly grab my sheet. Again there were multiple bartenders/servers but no one checked up on me. After about 10+ minutes a larger group walked in. The bartenders immediately took care of everyone in that party. Finally when they gave all 7-8 people their full beers and I still hadnât even received a âYou ready to order?â I just got up and left. Iâm sure they didnât even notice. So unless you are a large rowdy group that likes to be demanding, thereâs a good chance the bartenders will ignore and...
