Taco Bell — Restaurant in Orange

This is my first time eating at Taco Bell in YEARS, and now I am reminded why... I walk into the men's restroom, not realizing that at this particular location, that the men's restroom has ONLY ONE TOILET IN IT! ONLY ONE! NOT EVEN A URINAL. So after going pee and freshening up a bit, I hear a lady, one of the workers here say to me "You have FIVE MINUTES, after that I'M CALLING THE COPS." So I finish up, hop back in my wheelchair (I'm Handicapped), and roll out of the restroom. Then I place my order 🙄. So I walk up to the kiosk to place my order, I order a Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito, and pay 7.53 in cash at the front counter. After waiting almost 8 minutes , I FINALLY get my order. It was served to me on a Counter Eat In tray, when I specifically ordered it to go. So I tell the worker serving me that I wanted it To Go, in a To Go bag. I then ask for "more napkins" 🙄. The lady hands me a small handful, so I then ask for more 🙄😒😔🤨. EVERY PERSON WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER THEN IGNORES ME FOR ALMOST 4 MINUTES. I then FINALLY get a response from one of them, who said to me "YOU'VE HAD ENOUGH, WE CAN'T GIVE YOU NO MORE" 😡, to which I responded, "why not, other locations can." 😡. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. Their customer service is as crappy as their food is as crappy as their spotty WiFi is. Would give 0 stars to this location if I could. Will never be coming back again, and I recommend people to AVOID THIS LOCATION, AND TACO...

I accidently got some breakfast burrito that was really good I don't even know what I bought I was trying to order the dollar breakfast burritos and im not sure if the cashier could not find them on his computer menu and the only reason I order at the cashier is because I was trying to order from the self serve big iPad but my card was declined and I saw the dollar breakfast burritos I wanted actually 1.37 I think but when I asked the cashier I wasn't sure if he was ignoring me I asked 2 times I think either way he did not say anything it looked like he was trying to find them so I gave him a minute but again after he didn't sat anything I just asked what the next thing he had on his screen and went ahead and ordered that the one I got was really good the guy was nice when he gave me my order plus it was still early morning just left me curious if the guy...

I was there 7/10/2024 around 2pm. The girl working the drive thru and the front counter, wearing the head set, was freaking awesome!! Best customer service I have ever had at a fast food place. I placed my order at the kiosk. I turn to my girlfriend to tell her, "Let's get our cups for the drinks." Before I could even finish turning, I saw the girl behind the counter pull to cups out and hands them to us as we are still at the kiosk 20 feet away. freaking amazing! Then the staff in the back was on point as well. Our food was ready before we could sit down with our drinks. The girl working the counter brought our food to us at the table. Wow!
