HOW THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN OUT OF COOKIE DOUGH FOR MONTHS??? I went today for the third time in 4 months and been dissappointed for the last time. All I want are the basics. Vanilla ice cream, Reese peanut butter cup and cookie dough. Never had a problem at any other coldstone but this one keeps telling me that they are out and will get more soon. Atleast this time the ppl working (Although had a pour personality and people skills as usual) told me that they have been out for months and not sure when/if they will get more in. It's like going to 31 flavors and they don't have atleast the basic icecreams. Whoever owns this franchise needs to sell and move on if u can't hire proper staff and atleast put a sign up saying you will not have certain items. Corporate office needs to step in when there are this many bad reviews. It's making the entire franchise look bad and I will no longer go to this or any of these...

I can't believe their COVID screen completely deafens the workers from hearing customers order at a volume lower than MAKING A SCENE. The rest of the line was glaring critically at me just because dude taking my order had to be so flippant DEAF. There is NO indoor seating here and NO bike rack at all near the building. I wasn't the only cyclist visiting on 11/13/21. To top it all off they feel a need to post a sign that reads, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". I take such signs as a threat of being kicked out. If I gotta MAKE A SCENE in here just to get my order across, that is WRONG! I will NOT return unaccompanied until the abovementioned issues are...

Love coldstone ice cream anything and this is the best one I've been to in 4 different states. They make the ice cream the way you want the first time. Basically the right ratio of toppings to ice cream. So I retract my earlier 5 star review. I had my first bad experience here last night 2/12/19 for my sons birthday we ordered the $16 tub of ice cream to take home and was shorted an inch or more of ice cream and the new trainee girl wore a face that says we were interrupting her from some other duties.
