Wendy's — Restaurant in Orange

Greetings to all Wendy's employees, and especially to Ms. Mary Manager on site ,and especially to Ms. Vanessa (the Very Best Fresh Salad Preparer ),after sampling eateries that serve Fresh Salads ,there are 2 number 1 Wendy's Cobb and Waba ! , i have eaten at these restaurants' several times this year, October 17,2025 , i could only eat half of my cobb salad ,so dam good i placed it in the refrigerator and i will eat the rest today, so satisfying with all the Fresh and right ingredients', extremely tasty and healthy ,no attitudes is what i like about this Chapman (Orange Ca.) Wendy's , being that inflation has reared its disgusting Face again, prices are out of the windows again , probably will get worse ,however Wendy's keeps reasonable prices and the hard working employees are always pleasant when placing food orders ,no attitudes cause your stomach told you to Feed me !!! Please communicate to these outstanding and exceptional employees that they are genuinely appreciated by this Loyal Wendy's Customer !!! I purchased a Chicken salad and a Dave's single burger, Combo. When I picked up the food, I asked for salt and pepper from an employee from kitchen who came forward to help me. Wendy's associate at register was not at this post, so another gentleman from kitchen came forward and gave me one salt and 2 peppers. I asked for more pepper and then suddenly the employee at the register came to his post and other gentleman went back to work. So, may I have more pepper, so he gives 1 pepper. Then I said, please give couple more and he was hesitant to give me the 4th package of pepper, (which he didn't) to the extended that I got so disappointed that I gave all the peppers back to the employee register so Wendy's doesn't GO Bankrupt. For more than 40 yrs. I have been going to Wendy's and I never experienced such situation. What happened to the good old days that salt and pepper were available at table or at least be available by the station that napkins and ketchup are, similar to In& Out. Other than that, the restaurant was nice and clean and...

The drive thru service is excellent. The employees at the windows are very polite and friendly most of the time. The burgers are good, nice and hot and juicy. The french fries are nasty. Usually they are undercooked and cold. I order them extra extra crispy and they come out hot and crunchy. The natural lemonade is really good, not the powdered stuff served at other fast food places. Parking is limited because there are other businesses using the same parking lot. Breakfast is a different story. I usually receive an undercooked panini where the cheese is not melted and the bacon is cold. The seasoned potatoes are nasty. I don't think any amount of extra cooking would help. The Frosty's are a nice treat but don't expect ice cream; it's more like ice milk ice cream. It isn't rich and creamy. It's just a simple treat with no toppings or mix-in's. I use the drive-thru about twice a week. I agree with another reviewer: check your order before you leave...whatever fast food...
