KFC — Restaurant in Oregon City

I've been to this one several times and each time it seems to get a little worse and I'm just swearing it off after this last one. The food is what you'd expect for a KFC but the service is beyond terrible. Taking the order was a kid who didn't seem like he really wanted to be there. The girl who brought the food out only brought 2/3rds of the order out (2 - 3 piece chicken strip meals when there should of been 3) and when she was told that we ordered 3 she just repeated, "Yes, 3 piece meal". Showing her the recite didn't help and I don't think she spoke/read english well or just didn't care to listen/read. Finally she realized what we were saying and brought out the rest of the order. Now for all 3 orders they forgot the extra side that was paid for THAT WAS PRINTED ON THE RECITE AS WELL! If you don't speak spanish then avoid this restaurant as your order will probably get...

This is the third time in about a month and a half that I have been there. I have still not been given a correct order. If they can't sufficiently staff this restaurant they need to close. KFC has gone up drastically in their price, which I understand, but not getting the order correct is not acceptable. The manager that was working wasn't the mgr. from that store and he was running around "yelling" at the employees. They had a couple of workers call in "sick". I felt sorry for the gal at the window but she was clueless as to how to satisfy her customers. I think a lot of training is needed here! I haven't had nearly the terrible experience some other reviewers have had here, but it's also been nothing to phone home about. Probably the nicest thing about this location is that it's an A&W and KFC combined, so someone feels like hot dogs or hamburger and someone feels like chicken you can both order something in the same place. Food has always been pretty average fair. They've never messed up our order and have generally got us our order promptly. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't super friendly either.
