I have went to this McDonaldâs now 4 times and my wife likes the chicken nuggets but every time we order them they are not even edible they are like war and stale this time I explained to the cashier/order taker that the last few times I have gotten the chicken nuggets they were stale and not fresh and I have thrown them out I also explained that the 3rd time I attempted to call but could not get an answer so this time I requested very politely them to make the chicken nuggets fresh and they told me they would make sure of it after explaining the situation and when I went to pay I once again let the lady know that the last few times they werenât edible and she said she would make sure they are fresh I get home and my wife tryâs one nuggets they all feel like room temperature and are disgustingly dry and I live 5 minutes away from this location and once again canât get a hold of someone I will never be buying food at this establishment again if you live in Oregon city I suggest you drive down to the McDonaldâs at the bottom of the hill terrible customer service they literally just do not care if they sell you food that you throw away when you get home! I was extremely polite and reasonable and I didnât even ask that I get them free of charge I paid in hopes that they would ensure that the chicken nuggets would be fresh if I explained the situation I do not recommend this place unless your okay with eating food that has been sitting out for Iâm guessing...
Read moreI am a Door Dash driver and I just drove 20 minutes from Canby and when I got here was informed that they were unable to fulfill my delivery order because they were out of chicken nuggets. While that's a problem in it's own, what came next was absolutely baffling. I wanted 2 minutes for the cookies to be done and when Steve, the only manager working tonight, handed me the bag, I could tell it was not heavy enough for a drink and fries to be in the bag with the cookies. I told him the customer still wanted the rest of her order and he told me that he would not give her the drink and fries because she would likely ask for a return and she would get a return for the whole meal. Steve said they would be missing inventory if he gave her a drink and fries and she asked for a return later. I told Steve that I am a store manager at my "real" job and that they should absolutely give this woman her drink and fries because it was not her fault that they were out of chicken nuggets and she wanted the rest of her order. He offered no solution and said he would not give her the rest of the order. I told him he really needed to make it right for the customer and he flat out refused. I am going to go back through the line and pay for thos woman's drink and french fries because I am so upset with the lack of customer service mindset that thos manager has. Chris, if you're reading thos, Steve needs a crash course on customer service...
Read moreI ordered two meals through the drive through today and one of the burgers was left out of my bag. I went back through the drive through and they asked if I paid for the second meal repeatedly and then told me I needed to come inside. Once inside they asked if had my receipt, to which I replied that I had said I didn't need one when asked at the first window and instead I showed them the credit card transaction on my phone. They refused to give me the burger so I drove through the drive through a third time to pay again for the $6.00 burger. IF YOU DO NOT HAND EVERYONE A RECEIPT HOW CAN YOU EXPECT THEM TO HAVE ONE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE ORDER. I have a sneaking suspicion that it is not impossible to go through your transactions for the last ten minutes to find my order which leads me to believe that it is common practice to leave food out of orders where the customer does not specifically request a receipt. Furthermore is there some concern that giving out one freaking double quarterpounder is going to bankrupt your franchise? My interactions with the less than pleasant manager and the fact that I ended up spending $12 for one freaking burger has led me to the point that every other fast food restaurant in Oregon City would have to be out of business for me to willing patron this...
