I've noticed some changes at this location since my last review that I'd like to share as feedback.
As a customer who visits this location to work on an online course, I've valued the usually comfortable environment. However, during my recent visit, the music volume was excessively loud - even with noise-cancelling headphones, it was too distracting to concentrate, which unfortunately cut my visit short.
I've also experienced inconsistency with my regular order (iced chai with oatmilk and light ice). On several occasions, either the oatmilk was forgotten or the drink contained too much ice. While I understand mistakes happen, consistency is important, especially at current price points.
Regarding the payment system, I believe tips reflect appreciation for quality service and attention to detail. When I visit establishments, I'm happy to reward staff who provide memorable experiences through their effort and care. I'd love to see the focus return to creating those tip-worthy moments through consistent quality and attentive service.
I'm sharing this feedback because I've enjoyed coming here in the past and hope to continue doing so. Perhaps management could consider monitoring music volume levels and providing additional training on order accuracy.
One additional concern: I've noticed that responses to customer feedback often use the same template asking customers to reach out. As a customer, I'd appreciate seeing more personalized responses addressing specific concerns. Taking the initiative to reach out to customers who've had subpar experiences would demonstrate a stronger commitment to service quality and customer...
Read moreI just came back from your Starbucks location on SE 10/SE Washington St in Hillsboro OR and I was v appalled by the v v rude service that I received... shoot.... after giving major feedback, gratiuity, gifts and a whole lot more...I was ignored at the Order window for more than ten minutes...and a male employee ( not the MGR ...but a v v gossipy, rude, racist, dirty,unshaven, reaking of BO....) was v v rude to me... he was about 5'6" w/a beard and mustache...wearing khaki outfit and a khaki sloppy hat....w/unbrushed teeth and v v bad breath and it was aweful.... And there were two new ladies who were ignorent me whom I haven't seen b4.....but Miss Hali came out and went back...and finally Miss Tawni took my order and she was very very nice to me as always.... But Miss/Sir ....no biggie....I might or might not come back to this str....but I can go to another.... but am ok.as I was just LADY WORSHIPPING and not flirting....heck no....am married with children and I don't flirt withMINORS...bc I know the LAW....by the way I don't think Miss Hali....nor Miss Brenda nor Miss Cheyanne nor Miss Tawni flirted with me either...and it was just Camaraderie...and nothing much....but please punish the aforementioned DUDE as he is jealous that he's not getting any attention... By the way I do have several lawyers but this is not a legal matter....but I still hope that you will punish this RUDE and obnoxious and racist son of a gun...if not I will tell Our Lady and if I do that he's TOAST.....trust me... Read moreI’m a Starbucks partner/employee and I have an understanding of how stressful this job can be. That being said, every member of this staff I talked to was unreasonably rude to me. The cashier was still learning which is fine, but they were pretty abrupt with me, talked over me, and as slow as I went they acted like I was burdening them with my order (iced soy white mocha) and when I said I was a partner at the end to use my numbers he said “why didn’t you tell me” but like, not in a nice way. My drink came out hot, no big deal, I asked for it remade and it came back hot a second time, I said no, iced please. I know I ordered correctly because I know how to ring up the drinks in POS. The barista acted like I was being difficult, and was like “here you go 😒” I didn’t even dare to ask for a straw until someone offered, my drink had white chunks in it. I said hey this has chunks in it, the 3rd barista got snappy saying it’s the soy milk even though I’m a partner and have made and drank soy drinks hundreds of times and never seen chunks, they insisted, finally made my drink correctly and then when handing it off the barista said “third times the charm” exasperated at me.
