The Perky Pantry, LLC — Restaurant in Oregon City

What a cute little hidden gem of an indoor food truck. Instead the Hive brewery building. Greek salad was fresh and tasty. Philly cheesesteak was intense-creamy shaved meat sandwich. My rating was almost a 5 because of the awesome location, food was good, friendly man that poured my beer(owner?). But rating was almost a 3 because of the woman (owner?) that serves us at Perky Pantry. She did not greet us, no friendly interaction what so ever. My mother (70+) asked what the sides where and she was told to basically look at the sign. I asked if we could get another fork for my daughter and she looked over at our table and said rudely “so you need five?” I said that we had dropped one or maybe we didn’t get enough. So that was that I let it go because who knows maybe she was having a bad day. Mind you we were the ONLY people In There so you would think she would be happy to have customers. Next a few men walk in and maybe they were friends With her? But total attitude change. She greeted them with a smile, asked how their day was, what would they like to order and read every side dish happily. I could not believe my ears the switch in her demeanor and service. It was disappointing. But the Hive beer, Hive service, and location kept my stars at a 4 and not focused on her poor...

HOLY COW!!!! This place is super good. I stopped by to try the pierogies and decided I had to try the Mac n cheese as well. I thought the price of the Mac n cheese was a little hefty, but it’s SO good and the portion was enough to split between me and my two hungry kids for dinner. The pirogies are to die for. I could probably eat them all day every day. The lady who helped me was super friendly and provided fast service. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I’m all for supporting small businesses! I’ll be telling everyone about this place. Love this little gem! The food is super yummy and it’s such a cute little quaint place in Oregon city out of all places...as a lot of us know not a lot of eating options...but if you want a philly cheese steak come here!!! The Mac n cheese is awesome and provides gluet free option along with zucchini noodles! Pierogi is really good as well! She has about 8 options at a time but sooo worth the try! The hive is right there too, with good beer and ciders! Come...
