Tim the shift lead for morning shift is absolutely out of control.horrible customer service obvious anger management issue. We ordered a pizza ate it and on the last piece my daughter whos a picky eater notice some green and brought it to us we lift it up and find its mold fuzzy hairs and all. So we take a picture call the restraunt Austin the shift lead tells me to bring in the photo tomorrow and Kevin the manager will be on call to help with the refund process.Go in the next day ask for Tim.Tim is not happy at all.my kids are telling me just have them remake the order instead of the refund so im like okay just go ahead and remake it instead of the hassle of calling kevin and doing it that way. Tim remakes 1 pizza and tells me it wasnt mold its sage from thier seasonings.I look at the sage im like no this is not sage and we are'nt sure if it was from the fantastic four pizza or the cheese pizza we ordered they come in the same box! He starts getting loud saying I said it was from the fantastic 4 pizza I said no there's no way of knowing.But if this is your way of making it right with your customer i just want the refund instead.The way he was acting he could have been petty enough to spit in it or something wierd like that.His character was off the wall it made my addrenaline pump dealing with him.He told me Kevin will be off vacation on the 6th and will take a look at it and see about a refund while he just got off the phone with Kevin. I will let the public decide if this is mold or sage👍never post reviews but this experience deserves some spotlight.Wierdest restraunt encounter by far never have i ever had to argue with Tim about mold on a pizza.

I order 3 pizza's online to go. 2 supreme and 1- 3 meats......Plus tip hoping to get a little better pizza toppings...The person who made these pizza's were awful.. toppings were literally all in the middle...and not evenly spread so not having huge crust with no flavor. The supreme pizza didn't even have enough vegetables in it...It is pretty sad looking pizza's....This is not the first time I've had this issue. I tried to see if they would redeem themselves, but looks like does not work... I definitely would not recommend this place..for the pizza price, I recommend you go elsewhere. Even if this was a last resort, would not order here anymore... Don't waste your time, cause if you don't tip either, your pizza will look worse in than these ones.. We thought we would try this place 2 years later to see if they have changed. They have gotten even worse than before, pizza's don't even look like pizza... Really horrible pizza, toppings look like they were just tossed onto it, instead of being spread evenly on. There was no tomato sauce under the cheese on both pizzas at all. I would avoid this place at all costs. I would definitely recommend you not to waste your money and time here and go to a real pizza place.

As you can see, this is a normal pepperoni pizza they pulled out of the warmer (normal Hot n Ready pizzas only have 30 pepperoni and are often expired, as this one was) and sold as a more expensive pizza. I'm positive management will fail to address this issue, as well - they clearly do not care about their customers, so long as they've already been paid. Ordered some crazy bread and crazy puffs for lunch today. I specifically ordered well done bread sticks. They ignored my request and gave me expired breadsticks instead. I worked for Little Caesars for 6 years.. I know soggy, expired bread when I see it. This bread should not be sold by Corporate's policy. We're not talking about a few minutes expired, this bread sat in the warmer for hours. đŸ€ąđŸ€ź How hard is it to put a new batch in the oven? It takes like 3.5 minutes to cook and you had to cook the crazy puffs fresh anyway - it's just pure laziness. I won't be coming back.

A month ago I went in to the Beavercreek location in Oregon City and Kendel was the girl that took my order. She was wearing dirty gloves when she took my cash from me so I was concerned that she might not change her gloves before making my pizza so I kept an eye on her, and sure enough she went to the back and started making my pizza without changing the gloves. I stepped to where she could see and hear me and I asked that she please change her gloves to which she responded "I am wearing gloves." I pointed out they were the same gloves she took my money with and she said "Do you not want me to make your pizza?" I said I would like her to make my pizzas with clean gloves or refund me. She refused to do either. I had to leave without pizza and without the nearly $40. I paid for it. I came back the next day multiple times as I kept being told by Kendel and her coworkers that Kevin their manager would be in at certain times but every time I came back they would say he just left. They refused to give me a number to contact him with so I asked them to give him my number and have him call me. He did and seemed nice about it but told me he wanted to review the video to decide how to handle it which I was happy with. He said he would do it by the weekend and this was on a Wednesday. We'll, the weekend came and went and I didn't hear back from him so I texted him and he said he would be back in Wednesday or Thursday and would take care of it then. We'll, Wednesday and Thursday came and I heard nothing. I reached out to him via text again and he ghosted me so I called the corporate number and filed a complaint and a ticket for a refund. A week later I never heard back so I called the corporate number again and was told that Kevin called and left me a message the day after I called corporate, he did not. So they escalated my ticket and said I would gear from him within 2 days. I asked for the woman who I was speaking to, have her corporate manager call me in 2 days to ensure I heard back from him. 2 days later he did call and said he would be in on Wednesday or Thursday AGAIN to issue my refund and he apologized for the inconvenience. He said he reviewed the video and was shocked by her not changing her gloves and he behavior and said he spoke with her about it and he said he would personally make me some pizza for free when I came in for my refund. We'll, Wednesday and Thursday came and went again and he didn't get ahold of me so I texted him again and he said he would text back soon but a couple days later he still had not. So I texted him again and he again said he would be in Wednesday and would let me know when I could come in. I FINALLY got my refund yesterday, a MONTH after the fact. And when I went in amd signed the receipt to get my refund he did not offer to make that pizza for me that he offered on the house for the inconvenience of the whole situation. I will never go back to Little Ceasars again. That was the worst experience I have ever had. They really need a new manager and some of the employees need to be let go or retrained. Ordered cheese pizzas and they came out burnt. Was told they’d be remade — waited 15 more minutes just to be told they weren’t going to because it ‘cost too much.’ Staff blamed the oven and essentially told me to go elsewhere if I didn’t like it. Total waste of time and money. Dishonest and rude service. I had an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at your establishment.

I received burnt cheese pizzas and was initially told they would be remade, Again I waited an additional 15 minutes, only to be informed later that the pizzas would not be remade because “it costs too much.” Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, the staff argued with me, claimed their oven was already at the lowest setting, and blamed the equipment — even though I pointed out that cooking frozen pizzas isn’t hard.

When I expressed that I wasn’t satisfied, the staff became rude, insisted I should “go buy pizza somewhere else,” and began mocking me — laughing and taunting me like children. When I asked for a receipt or my money back, they refused. I told them to call the police then if needed, since they were denying me a refund and a receipt — and they threatened to do so.

To make matters worse, one of the younger staff members in the back — wearing an AirPod — stood there smirking, shaking his head, and watching the situation unfold like it was a joke. He didn’t say anything, but his expression and body language were clearly mocking and taunting me, like he thought he was untouchable. It was unprofessional, immature, and completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role.

At that point, it felt less like a business and more like being surrounded by a group of kids who were trying to provoke me, rather than resolve an issue. I remained calm, but the lack of basic respect from the team except one of them that basically kept his head down, didn’t intervene or try to help out with the situation besides the fact it was beyond frustrating.

This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional — it’s abusive. I came in expecting a decent meal and a basic level of respect. Instead, I was humiliated, lied to, and mocked. No customer should ever be treated like this, and I would not recommend this place to anyone based on how they treated me.

This all happened on Mother’s Day, and they treated my wife like she didn’t matter. That’s what really set it off. What should’ve been a simple moment together turned into being disrespected by a bunch of immature kids who clearly have no idea how to run a business or treat people.

Look, if some people are fine eating burnt pizza, that’s their choice — I’m not here to change anyone’s taste. But I have every right to speak up about how I was treated. I’m not chasing corporate hoping they’ll fix it, because honestly, I doubt they will. I’m just making sure my experience is known, so others know what they’re walking into. What happened wasn’t just bad pizza — it was straight-up disrespect, wasted time, and being mocked by staff who clearly don’t care about customers. That’s bigger than just...

Dont waste your time....pizzas great but most of the service....not so great...Boyfriend and I ordered a pizza on the 6th of July 2019 at the Oregon city location, was told it would be a 20 minute wait turning into a 45 minute wait for a simple stuffed crust, we were told by the gentleman on duty (training two new girls at that exact time) that we would recieve a free pizza next time we came in because of the hideous wait and because as he phrased it (the girls he was training were just standing around), VERY APOLOGETIC, wrote my boyfriends first and last name down in their book in front of him and the date the "incident" happened on and we were happy. FASTFORWARD to today the 9th July 2019 and he goes in to collect said free pizza and he got off work late and we thought that would be the perfect thing to grab on his way home from work after an exhausting day, COME TO FIND OUT, the gentleman working behind the counter today, checked the book per usual to verify the name and request and he tells us that the solution was resolved on the 7th and the manager had signed off on it so there nothing he could do about it. Didnt give us a number or time to reach said manager but the funny thing is, we werent even at little Caesars on Sunday the day after we had the incident; that's impossible why they would sign off if Jacob himself never showed up to receieve said pizza and the fact that the crew or mangment arent trained or "given permission" to validate names by I.D when picking up promoed orders is ridiculous. Any random person that over heard their conversation on Saturday in the packed tiny store, couldve easily came in on Sunday and "commit fraud" (your companies money not ours) , giving them his name, getting a free pizza and resulting in your location loosing our Business.
