Abby's Legendary Pizza — Restaurant in Oregon

I used to come here for years after a long 8 hr drive from CA to visit my son and his family, where we would have our dinner upon my arrival, good food and laughter. things changed back in Aug 2021. When we had just ordered, we were the only family in dine in. The sign posted on the door said closes at 10pm. After waiting nearly 30 mins to get our pizza, and only 10 min into eating, the young boy named Daniel- manager, approached us and said that they were closing and we need to hurry up because they want to go home, RUDE, absolutely rude, !!!!! I’m not going to go through the whole details, because this turned out into a huge argument yelling and screaming in the restaurant between me, my family and these so-called kids managing the restaurant. I will never come back to this restaurant again. The main managers for the region only apologized and that she was going to do some more training. Fantastic place to bring the kids. My girls really enjoyed standing at the kitchen window being able to watch as there personal size cheese pizza was cooking. Service was relatively fast. We got a large Greek salad which had generous toppings to munch on while awaiting our meat lovers pizza. The salad was topped with artichoke, olives,feta, tomatoes cucumbers, evenly distributed and very generous. The pizza was great tasting loads of meat and cheese on a thin crust. we got a large order of wings of fire they were tasty. Whole meal 10/10 and the kids loved it. Oh and there are little arcade games and toy and candy dispensers so bring change. I like the wall where you can grab a coloring page and crayons for the kids. Our meal was about 55.00 which is a great value for all the great food. Perfect environment for small children ours are 1 and 5 and sometimes it's hard to enjoy a family meal out where everyone is happy....

We have gone here for years and never had a issue until last night! The person behind the drinks came out yelling at someone for trying to put tables together another heavy set women came out and told her she needed not to be so abrupt. The girl replied well I’m swamped and have no help and the other worker replied oh well! Then after a forty minute wait we get our food and the pizza was so nasty tasting almost sour that we couldn’t eat it. I went to complain and was told a manager would be right with us! Well no one ever came and that was because he was playing on the video slots. Then the next day we all got sick and I reported it to the health authorities as there was something not right with the pizza. Oh not to mention the foul talking going on about sex and what not.
