Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Oregon

This black rock used to be managed by the sweetest girl, and had the best employee’s! Since under a new manager it is a horrid coffee place to go to. At approx. 1:20PM 12/26/22 there was 2 ladies there working. One blonde, the other long black sleek hair which was the one helping me. She never greeted me when I got to the window, she almost made my drink in the wrong size cup before I mentioned that it was a size too small and she switched it and was rude to me about it, as if her mistake was my fault. Then I had ordered a blended peppermint chocolate drink for my son, and it was made with only chocolate…. I asked her “is there peppermint in this too?” And she didn’t respond, just walked away and proceeded to re-make the drink as she rolled her eyes and talked smack to her co-worker. As I left she very rudely said “have a good one.” And it sounded like total sarcasm. The car behind me didn’t even deal with her, just pulled straight through because they not only have horrible customer service, but take 7-10 min per car. I would recommend going elsewhere simply to receive better customer service and have your spirits lifted rather than drug down by a girl who has the worlds highest ego because she gets to be manager at a...

Always pretty quick at this location even when super busy, the location accessibility could have used better placement planning, but as Always the Coffee is Amazing and a great price as far as coffee goes you Can't beat it... use to be my 4* review until yesterday my Birthday, when we pulled up and said it was my Birthday I was met with eye rolls and piss poor attitude that will ensure I never return to the Johnson Creek Location, not only was the fake blonde young lady with too much makeup on and fake eyelashes beyond rude she actually wanted to Argue with me and made my drink wrong on purpose and then didn't want to remake it, so her coworker did, granted it was a free Birthday drink but part of the Blast of being a loyal BlackRock customer and after the way I was treated I will never return to this location and will never recomend...

Yeah so be careful with the blonde long haired barista .. she likes to give herself personal tips when you use a credit card. NOT OKAY She needs to be fired! That is stealing (I didn't know any better) I just got my first credit card and I hadnt known better to complete the transaction myself. Well she took the liberty of scanning my credit card on their ipad transaction machine and giving herself and additional Five DOLLAR tip! Ridiculous! I WILL be going back With a camera for documentation but this was NOT OK At the end of the week the theif could take hundreds from you unknowingly.
