Foxy's Lottery Deli & Bar — Restaurant in Oregon

I visited this place last night and had a wonderful experience—the lady on shift was warm, friendly, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and appreciated, which is why I decided to return again around 2am on 4/15/25.

Unfortunately, my second visit was completely different. The woman working today - a skinny older lady— was shockingly rude and dismissive. I genuinely felt targeted and mistreated, possibly even discriminated against. Her hostility was completely unprovoked and deeply unsettling.

Despite having only had one Jack and Coke at a nearby sports bar, she accused me of “smelling like liquor” and refused service, as though that alone justified treating me with disrespect. She also aggressively argued that I hadn’t been there the night before, despite me spending a good amount on their machines. The way she singled me out and raised her voice felt humiliating, especially compared to how courteously she treated others.

It’s disheartening that one person’s behavior could completely ruin an otherwise great experience. I sincerely hope management reviews the footage from that today. Kudos to the lovely lady from my first visit—you were the reason I came back. But I can’t give five stars after being treated so poorly the second time.

Nothing like being approached by an employee while sitting in my car on a conference call and being told that if I’m not gonna come inside, I need to move along because I’m bad for business just sitting in the parking lot. This is after I just spent two hours inside spending a couple hundred dollars and leaving a nice tip. Also I drive an almost new Chevy SUV, don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t do anything Faulty just sitting in my truck, minding my business on a phone call. The employee of course had to approach me when there was about five other people standing outside with her. Tried to make me look like an idiot in front of everyone. She approached me a second time a couple minutes later, making threats to cause trouble for me. If I don’t leave the parking lot. I'm curious who the genius is that's responsible for hiring that Erika girl (I think that was her name). I can't recall a time I've seen 'customer service' performed as well as she does it.
