I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt during times when no one is working. I appreciate that the staff are there and were nice but my first and definitely last visit was a rough one. I placed my order online to streamline the process so I could be in and out to avoid staying inside too long during covid. I was greeted when I walked in and confirmed that I was picking up an online order. Stood there for about 10 minutes before going to the pick up area and the lady had no idea where my food was. She kept asking me what I ordered and I told her and even showed her my confirmation. While I was talking to her, she decided to help the lady behind me because she already had a sandwich in her hand and it had the wrong toppings in it. She proceeded to help the lady behind me then came back to me, which is terribly rude. Even then I patiently told her what I ordered again. As she put down the sandwiches I reminded her that peppers were supposed to be on one order and she grabbed one of the sandwiches and made a comment about how she actually made the wrong sandwich and laughed. I told her that I didn’t have much time and that’s why I ordered online. She gave me the sandwiches and I left for home. When I got home I realized that BOTH sandwiches were wrong! Even after telling her 3 times what I ordered and her even looking at my phone. It was disappointing. I called back to let them know that they were wrong and she asked me if I could come back… she tried to insist I come back because they weren’t busy anymore but I refused because I’m not driving 15 minutes back for another wrong sandwich. I did get my money back which I’m thankful for but honestly just an unpleasant experience. Lack of proper training is definitely an issue and the phrase “freaky fast” definitely cannot be used...
Read moreI don't know what kind of people that have been hired to work here but they don't have a lick of common sense. I don't know if it's a lack of training or maybe they are new. But either way it shouldn't take an hour to make two sandwiches especially when I placed a pick up order. Not only did I have to spend half my lunch hour waiting for my two sandwiches I ordered to be ready at 11:45-12 they gave my order to someone else and when I asked about it they said oh we will make your order and then made the wrong order that they gave to the other lady. So I had to wait for 30 minutes for two sandwiches that should've been ready by 12. After they made me the wrong order I just told them to refund me because I did not have the time to wait. And I believe they refunded me and still made me the sandwiches but I was done at that point. I will not be going to this location ever again. Read moreThere was a large crowd and line at the bank next door. When I asked the cashier if she knew what was going on she flippantly shrugged me off with an, "I dunno." My boyfriend and I simply made comments about the massive amount of people gathering when she interpreted us stating, "yeah, I see it" as if we were an annoyance to her. She then took our order and walked away.
When I asked her coworker what her name was, he refused to give it to me, informing me it was again company policy to give out their names. However, if she wanted to give her name that was up to her. She did inform me that her name is Nicole.
