1 Star – What happened to Little Caesars?
I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and crazy bread with sauce through the app. When I got there, the food was ready—but not in the pickup portal like it should’ve been, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. I finally get my order, open the box, and immediately see the pizza has regular crust, not pretzel. On top of that, I realize they forgot my dipping sauce too.
So I go back inside to make it right. I wait in line for 15 minutes just to explain the issue, and they tell me it’ll be another 15 minutes to remake the pizza. At this point I ask for fresh breadsticks too since everything’s delayed, and remind them again about the missing sauce. I wait another 20 minutes standing around. We’re now over 45 minutes deep for a fast food pickup.
Finally, the new pizza is ready—or so I thought. I open it right there in front of the cook… and it’s the exact same wrong crust again. I tell him it’s still not pretzel dough. He says, “You want to watch me put the salt on it?” I’m like, no, man—this isn’t about salt. I point to the pretzel pizza picture behind him and show him the one he just handed me—they’re clearly different.
He insists it’s all the same dough now. I told him I’ve had it before and it’s not supposed to look like that. At this point, I just asked for a refund and left. Nearly an hour wasted at Little Caesars.
I got on Reddit afterward to see if I was crazy, and nope—it turns out this has been happening at other locations too. Some folks are saying Little Caesars changed the dough but didn’t tell anyone, and now they’re just slapping salt on a regular crust and calling it pretzel. If that’s true… that’s shady.
Little Caesars, we want answers. If you’re changing up the product, tell your customers....
Read moreI didn't happen to catch the kid's name but the Hispanic, younger kid with really bad acne that was working today at 1:00 p.m. should really find another job. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. From one word answers with no explanation on when another Pizza would be ready. Just being downright rude. When I asked him for a cheese pizza his response was " it's the same thing I told the last customer it will be about 10 or 15 minutes" like sorry I didn't hear you talking to the last customer..... No apology for not having it no thank you or goodbye. You could chalk it up to having a bad day but this is the fourth time I've experienced similar customer service from this same kid over the past month or two. I definitely will only be ordering from the online portal from now on so I don't have to deal...
Read moreI would give a no star if I could!!! Went and bought two pizzas last night, a supreme and extra most bestest. My son and I like the supreme and his stepmother and stepsisters eat the pepperoni. Well let’s just say the crust was hard which I throw away anyways. The sauce was DARK RED like the kind you get when it’s under a heat lamp so I decided to give it a try want that great but ate two pieces so did my son only to literally throw up from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. just like me!!! Straight food poisoning from this DUMP. The food is terrible, they are slow, they are rude, they do not belong here honestly. This place is terrible I will NEVER get anything from here again ever and the health department knows about my son and I having it coming out of us both ends for hours. They probably won’t do...
