I walked in to the store today 6-12-2025 and there was 2 workers that I can see. One girl (the main reason I’m writing this) asks me if I have an online order I let her know it’s a door dash. I’m 5 minutes early and she lets me know it’s not ready yet. I know what the order is and I see them being prepared as they are also helping 2 customers. I sit to be nice and wait. Another customer comes in and they do his entire order and I realize the girl who I spoke to is training so I don’t think anything of it and let her continue it was only until ANOTHER customer came in and they start taking their order that I’m like where’s my dash? so I stand up and she looks at me and then looks away fast as she’s training.. like WHY WAS I NOT TOLD MY ORDER WAS READY? I am on a time limit and I feel that was super unprofessional of the girl you have training. Read moreI came in here without realizing it was maybe 10 minutes before closing time and got the most awkward and uncomfortable interaction that I've had in a long time, I thought it was ridiculous. Let me preface this by saying there were other customers in here not long before I was, the door was open partially, and their open sign was on. I walk in here and there's a guy and a girl behind the counter, I asked of they were closed and he looks at me surprised and kinda stares at me instead of just saying they were going to be closed soon, which again I didn't know and felt bad for not knowing, so he mumbles something to the girl behind the counter but she ignores him and I was confused, so we're just standing there and yeah it was quite uncomfortable and I thought it was stupid. Read moreNice, large lobby with comfortable booths and good A/C. Food quality seems okay, and the drive thru is a bonus. I just don't understand why staff is so off-putting. In general, they are rude or indifferent, other than to their friends and some co-workers. Every once in a while, they will say something customer-oriented, like "sorry that took so long," but mostly they greet you, stare at you while you order, and tell you how much your order costs - that's it, mostly without a single smile. They ignore you completely after your order is done. It's not a sit down restaurant, but a nod or smile wouldn't hurt, rather than pretending like customers don't exist.
