Terrible manager Rita.They mess up on our food all the time we dont always tell them.Well I have a couple times and asked for my food to be replaced since I obviously paid for it had a receipt every time well Rita usually has no problem doing that but for some reason today she did .I ordered the 2 cheeseburgers meal then 2 additional cheeseburgers then i ordered the double quarter pounder meal with extra ketchup and mustard and 1 extra fries and a sundae.Well I was highly disappointed when i noticed there were only 2 cheeseburgers not 4 and noketchup or mustard on my double quarter pounder and we were missing 1 fries.well I was home when I noticed the mistakes and ofcourse called them to rectify the mistakes well I had to work so didnt get around to this till later in the day so I threw away the pounder bc it was tasteless without the condiments .Well at first when I speak to Rita over the phone she agrees to rectify the mistakes then once I get there she gives me a dirty look grabs the receipt like shes doing a investigation as if she thinks Im lying goes to her office for a couple minutes then comes back out and says ill only replace the 2 cheeseburger meal not the double quarter pounder though and even though she was gonna replace most of the mistakes still i paid for the double quarter pounder and it wasnt made right and my thing is why the sudden change in attitude over the phone she agreed to rectify their mistakes in person it was different shorting me a 🍔.Well ofcourse im a little upset at this point and tell other customers to check their food before they leave or they probably wont get mistakes fixed fairly what they paid for basically was just giving them a heads upRita says keep that up I wont replace anything. thats a threat right ? I say all im doing is giving the other customers a fair warning on your new policy or whatever this is .She accuses me of yelling at her which I never yelled at her I only asked her why she was treating me so bad and could she explain the policies regarding messed up orders etc.She says Im not replacing your food now and I said I didnt do anything but defend myself and ask questions.She said she has replaced food for me in the past and that was like 8 months ago the last time and yes bc they messed up my order shouldn't I get what I paid for? Then she says all the managers know me and that I was there a week ago which was a big lie I was there like 8 months ago bc im not much of a burger person and prefer tacos etc.I ask her calmly what do you mean bye your remarks bc they were rude and humiliating its called defamation of character and they were lies I kept asking her what she meant and why she wont replace my food that i paid good money for i simply said so bc your mad your going to deny me rectifying your mistakes and giving me whats fairly mines what I paid for not only that you say lies about me to make me look bad.Keep in mind 1 day her son left his spendy tablet just sitting on the table and went to the bathroom and I noticed a tweaker eyeing it im assuming he was planning on stealing it and ofcourse me being a big hearted person i grabbed the tablet and gave it to Rita right away to make sure her kids tablet wasn't stolen and so if I was this bad person she portrays me to be would I have done that kind of good deed.She treated me like garbage I told her I worked in the fast food industry too so understand policy s etc she goes where like im lying i say taco bell she goes which 1 ? Why would i lie about something like that ? She then says I can refuse service to anyone and I say only if they are being verbally or physically abusive I was none of those but spoke my rights as a paying customer .I told her so I basicalky gave you free money bc I didnt get what I paid for.She then tells me to leave i had ordered 4 cheeseburgers and asked fir 2 of them to have extra ketchup and mustard low and behold when i get home they only have extra ketchup and no mustard or onions so once again they messed up my order i took pics of it to prove i wasnt lying etcsince she...
Read moreI have been coming here to this exact store for 5 years, 5 days a week. I have had nothing but deteriorating service over the last 2 months. Today I was asked to wait for 9 minutes because I ordered a new specialty pie. No problem. I'm patient. 15 minutes into waiting, I went inside to ask about my order. After waiting 3 more minutes to be acknowledged, the drive thru worker, who is the best worker her IMHO., came and asked if I recieved my food yet. I told her no, I've been waiting 18 minutes at this point. The cashier who was running the window and had asked me to wait, immiediately got an attitude and said I told you it takes twelve minutes, do you want a refund or what? I told her I have low blood sugar and need my food. She said then you'll have to wait. The pie has just been started. This is now 20 minutes after I've been asked to wait 9 minutes. From this point I asked for the general managers number. They ignored that I asked. Finally my food is ready at 26 minutes into waiting for 9 minutes. The rude cashier now says, with a irritated voice, I'm sorry for the confusion woth your order wait time. There's your food. And goes back to doing something else. This is ridiculous. I spend 5-10 dollars 5 days a week here for 5 years before work. Sometimes come on my lunch. I have been friendly and know all the drive thru workers. I've had several interactions with this worker, and 90% of them have been bad. I once asked for a couple extra ketchup, because my bag only had 1 in it, and I had originally asked for 4. She says there's ketchup innthe bag. I said yes, but only 1. She just stares at me. Until I said, can I please have 2-3 more? She huffs, grabs two, pushes them into my hand and slams the window closed and walks away. I understand customer service can be a shit job, but I've never been anything but courteous to the workers here. I constantly get attitude from this worker and most of the time it's for asking for ketchup. If anyone has the general managers number, or the general manager reads this, please respond. I don't want to stop coming to this restraunt, but this can't continue. It makes no sense why someone is so rude to me daily, when I'm just trying to get breakfast before work. I always smile and say please and thank you. All I ask is for what I order in a timely fashion, and 4 ketchup. I have been reviewing places for several years on Google and have a lot of contributions. I barely give less then a 4 star at least. Until this last straw I had already given this Mc Donalds a 5 star. I'm lowering it to one and I would recommend anyone in a hurry or that enjoys courteous service, don't come here. You won't be...

#1) do NOT expect clean seats, tables etc... +the trash cans are overflowing! I did not saw any hand sanitizers.
#2) when you will need something from the staff, (like to open a bathroom door or to give you some extra sauces) no one will come to your service or even look at your direction, when you call for them. Even though there are people there, and they do hear you.
We've been there for ~30 minutes (we ate inside) and in that time frame, few people came by and called for someone and no one came for a long period of time even though there were staff and they heard those people. They even looked at them.
Some people were there to take their order and orders of others, and some to ask for a key to the bathroom, sauces and etc...
It was the same for us, when we came up to the cash registry, and called out, staff just ignored us. I had to yell out the full sentence, of what I need, so that someone came to our help.
If you have a lot time on your hands to spare and you are not I the hurry. You can definitely come in here, the food is good 👍 and the amount of time it took them to prepare the food, was in a good "fast food" time frame. (Just don't except this place to be clean. Bring your own wipes or something.)
However, if you need fast food FAST go through drive thru and think of everything you want at once, so that you don't have to go inside.
I understand that now people usually go to the drive thru. But I also think if you are not fully a drive thru place and you have people who are coming in physically, do not place all your forces on one task of focusing on drive thru, people who want to eat in peace and to eat without the need to take a car, they are going to feel like they are being ignored and looked down at.
So please hire more people, or give the already hired staff instruction to also not forget about those who come in to eat inside.
Please give both types of people the same respect that we all deserve.
Please make sure that the tables, floors, trash cans will be clean. Please not ignore when people call out for help, or just don't lock the door to...
