Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Oregon

I've been a long time fan of papa murphy's pizza (like since they were papa aldo's) , and I must say this is the worst location I've been in by FAR!!! The last SIX pizzas ordered in my household have had to be remade including but not limited to a Taco Grande pizza that had red sauce instead of the signature refried bean sauce...whaaat? Then when I asked for what should be a pretty easy request of a chicken cesar salad with chicken on the side , I was told "no salad shall be altered in ANY way"...wich is puzzling since they are supposed to offer vegetarian cesar salads any ways. When I called to ask about said salads , the young man whom answered the phone couldn't even answer a question without a long delay (to ask someone else). When I called another store I got an instant friendly informational answer to ALL my questions including an offer to build my own salad! If you can customize ANY pizza why not salads too? Don't waist your time or money (time is money!) coming to this place , it is a rip off in more ways than one because you will only end up spending more time/money to come back and replace...

I usually love Papa Murphys. This location sucks. Is not only hard to get to but makes junk pizza compared to others. This location off Cornell 97229 by Bales is not following the corporate formulas. I will not return to this location. Tonight I ordered a Murphys Combo with extra sauce. The gal who took my money in too much of a hurry put 12 slices of salami instead of 20, 16 pieces of pepperoni instead of 50 or so that is typical, maybe a half cup of sausage instead of the over 1 cup that is typical on a family size, no extra sauce as ordered it, and the veggies were scrimped on. Ordered a half taco/half combo with no onion. Got beans on the combo and marinara on the taco half (super nasty/dont try). Called and offered to bring the messed up pizza back. Whoever was on the phone said no need and was disgusted in my call. Went to pickup crossing my fingers the corrected pizza. Walked in/ gave name/ pizza was half tossed to me across the table they placed in front of the cashier and; super glad I caught it or Im sure Id be blamed for that too, then was told very sacastic ..
