I've never had a good experience here. The employees are unbelievably rude, they rush you upon ordering, and they forget something every time. I give them a couple months before returning each time, hoping it's just the current or new staff, but it never seems to be fixed.
I've watched a manager actually yell at another employee for making a simple mistake on the register and asking for help. Totally inappropriate and poor management skills were used here, to the point I had to assure the employee myself it was okay because she repeatedly kept apologizing over hitting the wrong button and being yelled at in front of us.
Last weekend I gave them another chance once again and was treated poorly by both the manager and the workers. In the drive thru, one girl began taking our order and we asked for a minute to decide, which apparently meant we were taking too long because a different kid hopped on the intercom and proceeded to read us off a good fraction of the menu. When we cut him off finally and told him thanks, he responded snarky, asking if our order would be for here or to go, then rushed us through each item saying, "Is that it?" after each thing. When we finally got to the window, the kids working there were laughing at us and took a long time to then get us the food after rushing us. We had to come back inside anyways because they forgot sauces. When I walked in angry at this point, the workers were standing around gossiping, leaning on the counter with their back to us. I asked for the sauces, to which the manager replied, "See, I knew I could get you guys to come in!" and laughed, implying that they all knew about our drive thru experience when only a teenage girl and boy had worked with us, but then the manager never apologized for forgetting what we ordered and had showed up on the screen. We shouldn't have had to come in when we were in the drive thru. The boy popped out around the corner smirking while this conversation with the manager was happening. They clearly are a bunch of incompetent and impatient young workers under poorly skilled management with no sense of customer service whatsoever.
I usually don't complain, but this experience was incredibly rude and probably the last chance they got from me. They need to get a better grasp on their service and more skilled people to train. I can't believe how I was treated this weekend and I'm so disappointed in...
Read moreI ordered 2 pretty simple meals for me and my fiancé. I ordered a Dave's double with no ketchup or tomato with French fries and a diet Dr. Pepper. My fiancé got a ceaser salad and a diet coke. When we pulled up to the window, the kid handed me our drinks. I asked which one was which, and he angrily said "It's on the top!" I just shrugged it off as, well obviously you're happy to be in a customer service role. Then we get our food.......here comes the good part!!!! I open my burger and it has ketchup and mayonnaise only!!! No lettuce, onion, or pickle!! I specifically asked for no ketchup and no tomato, that's it!!!
I really didn't appreciate the bad attitude on top of my order getting messed up. I just want people that are in these roles to take a little pride in their job and the managers to oversee things before the orders go out to the customer. Get it together Wendy's and do a little quality control!!

Read moreI frequent this Wendy's often, and I've never had any issue until today. I ordered two identical burgers, and was asked if I wanted fries. I ordered two medium fries, and then was asked if I wanted anything else. I ordered two lemonades, to which I was met with a loud sigh and a hefty dose of attitude saying "You should have ordered the combo because now I have to redo everything." I apologized and said sorry. She didn't mute her mic and was huffing and puffing with disdain. She then asked angrily if I wanted anything else, then told me "Ugh. Pull up." I told her "You know what never mind, I don't need the attitude." and left.
I will NEVER go back to this Wendy's -- which is unfortunate because usually they're pretty nice. I'm sorry to the workers that wasted their time prepping food because their coworker has a stick up their a** and doesn't realize they work in a customer...
