So, it looks like I thought of visiting this place just like everyone else. Haha. I came here around 4:00 p.m, and it was pretty busy when I walked in, and there was a line at the register to place an order. I wasn't sure what to get, so I settled with the shrimp combo. Sadly, the soda fountain was down, so I settled with Horchata. (Which, I typically like) Now, I placed my order to go, but waited inside until they could finish. ... One thing to note, they have a large speaker inside, playing music.... And the music is definitely quite too loud... After waiting a few minutes for my food, I got a headache because of how loud the music was. I initially thought I would be able to just order my food, and then just eat it in my car on the way to the movies... Well, that clearly isn't an option, haha, because it would create a pretty big mess. But that's okay. The prices are about on par, or maybe just a pinch over what I would be expecting to pay elsewhere. The food was pretty good, and I'll probably order it again I'm removing one star because of the loud music

My favorite restaurant!! The food is to die for, well-priced, and top notch-quality!! All the food is good but nothing beats the avocado sushi roll! This is the top restaurant I’d recommend trying if you’ve never been! The sushi rolls are better than traditional sushi. Give it a go even if you don’t like sushi (no seaweed or that sort of thing). I lived in Culiacan where the name Culichi comes from and it is high quality authentic food!! The owner is super cool! Can’t say enough good about this food!! I love the pictures of Sinaloa it's a very influential state within Mexico known for its agriculture mainly tomatoes (I've heard it's where the US gets a large portion of ours from)Super fun environment!

Food is pretty good. Got a steak taco and tierra y mar sushi. The flavor of the taco is good it’s $3 a taco. I feel like the sushi is priced very high I think $13 is more reasonable than the $17. Service is pretty straight forward. You just order up front in the window and they bring your food out. The person that helped us seemed new and when we asked some questions she didn’t really give us good input. Atmosphere is good. Clean and nice ambience. There was some ranchero music playing in the background. We went for lunch and at one point we were the only customers.

My son told me about this place cuz they go often, so he recomend this spot for our family to eat together. Not gonna say about the food everything I try was great. When it comes to time and service, thats where the issue happened. The wife and I order asada tacos with flour tortilla, we both got corn tortilla, we told the guy whi gave us the food and gave us a really rudeza attitude . My daugther order a Culichi verde ( thats a shrimp dish, cooked with limón juice) WICH IS ON THE MENU, and they gave he a SUSHI ROLL. They set that on the table and we keept waiting, since she was the only one with no food. I asked , whos roll is that? Then one of the cooks swing by our table, we told him that we got the wrong plate and with a really anger tone he said he told my daugther we dont even have that plate you said you order, my daugther showed him the menu on her phone then he said I'LL TAKE THIS BACK AND BRING YOUR PLATE. He proceed to grabe the sushi roll plate and slammed it on the trash bin in front of all customers and most of my family saw it too. I could not stay just sitting there and talk to him because my daugther started to cry( SHE IS 21) not a little girl she was crying because how rude this guy was, he said that they were short stuffed and thats why the confiussion. I work retail Im a meat manager I deal with rudeza customers I understand a situation like this but so far I have not give them this kind of service. I told them that he make my daugther cry and said he was going to apologize ( this never happened, we end up leaving the place with out my daugther getting her plate or this guy's apology. Like I said, good food but a lot to say about the service. He is a hispanic guy with a beard and mustache in his 40's . At the end he said that they didt have the green salsa to make my daugther's dish but thats not what he said when he was at our table, WE DONT EVEN CARRY THAT DISH " YOU SAID YOU ORDER" When my daugther was holding he phone with the dish on your guy's menu. So my sones desire to had a good family time end up with me arguing...

The street tacos look a little pricey at $3 each, but with two tortillas and a large serving of meat, you're pretty much getting two street tacos for that price. The steak was little dry for my liking, but the Al Pastor was really good. The shrimp tacos were good too, but a little more expensive at $5 each. The sushi rolls weren't worth it for me. If you like Utah Sushi (plain rice, not much fish flavor, lots of creamy mayo/cheese and sauce) then you'll probably enjoy it, but they're definitely expensive at ~$15 each. For that price you could get a fancy sushi roll at a upscale sushi place. For food and price alone, 3 stars. If everything was $1 cheaper it would probably be 4 stars for their tacos alone. However, I have to remove one star due to their safety standards. They have social distancing measures in place with a spaced out queue and closed off tables, but the employees don't wear masks. They have a screen in front of the register, but still come out to serve you your food at the table. I know masks aren't required by law in the area, but it's still a good idea for public safety especially for food...

We just walked home from our first time at Culichi ( Yes! We live right down the street and hadn't tried it yet! Had no idea what we were missing!! ), and said "The first thing we need to do when we get home is write an amazing review". Needless to say we are making this a regular habit!

It's Tuesday, which means Buy Two Get One Free Tacos, and any, I mean ANY sushi is $10. Plus, between 2:30 and 6:30 you get a free drink! Score!! It was really hard deciding what to order, everything sounded delicious! We ordered the sushi - the Cielo, Mar y Tierra and the Vikingo Roll. One breaded and deep fried, the last a baked sushi roll. Oh my. Absolutely incredible and so much food, we brought half of it home!!

We also each had a bottled Mexican beer, which was such a special treat in this neighborhood! On a cold night, the ambience was warm and cozy, great Hispanic music playing, pretty lights all around. After reading a lot of these reviews before posting this, next Tuesday we will try the award-winning tacos, they sound amazing! Thank you for being so close, and we hope to become...
