My family has been going here for years and to this day I refuse to have a sandwich anywhere else. There bread, Deli, Everything involving food is top notch. Always super fresh and very soft bread. All their employees are extremely caring and respectful, and they listen. I even had one of the Managers give me a free cookie because I mentioned that I was getting my extremely pregnant sister the sandwich because she was craving it. My sister had been out of the hospital for Braxton Hicks and the manager apparently thought it was sweet when I told her this after she asked how my day has been and she gave my sister a free cookie and my sister actually got emotional. I never got her name but I could tell you exactly what she looks like because Iâve never forgotten that and this happened maybe A little over three years ago. It was something so simple yet I donât think Iâll ever forget it. She didnât know that my sister was having the worst week ever and had multiple breakdowns because she was so stressed about her babies health and this small act of kindness made her day. In fact, she still talks about it to this day. I never go to any other sandwich place. I donât think I ever will. Sensuous is just too good.
P.S. - I see a lot of reviews that say when they got their sandwich, it was falling apartâŚ. Not sure if you guys are aware of this but when you get a sandwich that has a lot of toppings or items inside itâs gonna fall apart. Thatâs kind of what gravity does to an overflowing sandwich. Itâs not gonna magically stay together. Sandwiches with toppings inside do that. Itâs called - a good sandwichâŚ. an overflowing sandwich is always better than a sandwich that has barely anything inside of it. So, Iâm just gonna assume that you guys are either not used to eating sandwiches or you donât know how gravity works. Either way donât trust the reviews that say they donât like that the sandwiches were falling apart because I am genuinely confused as to what the problem is with that. How are you supposed to eat a sandwich that has lots of toppings? And the fact that most people commenting that donât know how gravity works. If they knew how gravity works and how sandwiches are made and eaten, they wouldnât have made those reviews. Anyways, hope that helps clears things up because I just donât understand and Iâm truly confused as to what else were they expecting. Moral of the story is that sandwiches are awesome and sensuous sandwich knows how...
Read moreI read so many great reviews about this place, so decided to check it out. The place looked little old fashioned and not very clean. However, the place was packed! We went during the lunch hour, they had a long line. So that means their food must be good, otherwise so many people wonât line up and wait, right??
The staff were super nice and efficient as the line actually moved pretty fast!
I ordered the Succulent Seafood Delight which is supposed to come with âCrab and assorted seafood with your choice of cheese.â I also asked for all the condiments/garnishes (like pickles, onion, lettuce, tomato, etc.) in my sandwich.
When the sandwich came, I was very disappointed! First of all, as soon as I unwrapped my sandwich I noticed the bread was absolutely falling apartâŚ.it was no longer a sandwich, more like bread pieces in salad pool! When I started eating it, 1/3 of the way I realized there were only 2 small size crab sticks (that tasted and look like imitation crab) underneath all the lettuce, tomatoes, etc. and nothing else! From their name, the Seafood Delight, I was at least expecting shrimp and crabâŚbut there were only 2 tiny pieces of crab sticks.
So, unfortunately for me it felt like this place is all hyped and overpriced. Donât think Iâll go...
Read moreI love this place! The sandwiches are the best (you'll never want Subway again) and actually fill you up. You can choose the length of your sub as well as all the fixins. I highly recommend the Spicy Enticer! They also have a loyalty rewards program that's easy to sign up for, they do it right at the store with your phone number, which is nice. I believe they still do Free Drink Tuesday as well. I do have to say the atmosphere is different since they moved. Not necessarily bad just different. Except for the music, that's certainly changed for the bad. Every time we've gone in it's been crappy current pop stuff, when in their old location it was always 90s alternative. They'll change it if you ask, but I guess whoever is working gets to choose the music. I also miss their old posters and things on their walls. Like the 'I do drugs' duck, that was one of my favorites. Anyways, they've traded in their edge for boards with word magnets and a chalk wall my son loves. It's definitely more "family friendly" now. Still love it. As long as their sandwiches stay how they are I'll...
