This place is AWESOME-but we have a few critiques, mainly about the consistency and quality of the experience. I’ve been twice now with my husband and brother, and even though the environments were the same, and we LOVED what we saw and experienced, both times were completely different. the second time around I was told that there was a few quests we could interact with and secret messages to de-code if we scanned a QR code. If this was always the case, they did not tell us this information the first time we went. The second time around was WAY more fun because of that- there were three different interactive quests, the one we did was a UV light based hunt to find a coded poem that led us to a prize at the end of the dream walk. However we were very disappointed with the prize. We were told by staff that it used to be something more sophisticated, and hand crafted, but what they gave us was a manufactured, commonly sold candy, that DIDNT fit the description of the prize that was detailed in the poem we spent an hour decoding and finding throughout the realms. We were beyond disappointed, as we felt like we did a ton of work, and paid 30$ for a (albeit fun and engaging) mystery hunt, only to be rewarded for our efforts with candy we could buy at any gas station. (It was a blowpop) and the prize was just on the counter, not even hidden. We had to reveal that we solved the poem, but the guy at the counter just grabbed the jar from the counter and opened it for us. At the very least, the jar could have been placed behind the counter out of sight, I even think we would have been more okay with the mediocrity of the prize if it wasn’t freely available for all to see, but rather kept a secret until we got the puzzle right. The mystery of it may have been enough for us, lol. We still haven’t done the other quests, so hopefully the prizes for those are different. (A sticker, or a souvenir token for example, would be more interesting than what we got)
The first time I came, there was also a woman serving free juice from this really cool ice bar. We thought it was very fun and generous that they were doing this, as people would take the yellow green drink in to the robot bar and look like they were a part of the theming. We loved this- and thought that maybe they were just free because it was closer to opening, but even if they cost money we would love to buy them and be a part of the experience. But on the second time around, there was no woman, and no juice- though the serving bar remained?? On another note, the first time I went with my brother, there were TWO character actors that we encountered that were BEYOND cool. One was a strange man walking in a leather suit wielding a spear of sorts, he had like a old diver helmet on- the costume was obviously very detailed and professionally made, and he walked about the realm we were in as though he were trudging through heavy air. It was super cool. We also encountered a goblin looking man with a new zealand accent who had a whole conversation with us about the beasts he would collect and study throughout the universe, and how he loved earth. He chatted with us about “Bigfoot” and gave us an errand to find evidence of him and bring it back to his shop in the robot speakeasy part of the park. That interaction was super magical and fun, and we loved it! But I was so sad when I took my husband back here and there were NO character actors. We came on the 3rd of January 2024 at 6:00pm (there were many many people in the park with us at the time) so I was confused why they wouldn’t have even one actor roaming.
Overall, this experience IS a very fun, beautiful, and good activity, that just needs to have some kinks ironed out. Here’s hoping next time we can have a more consistent, more...

Read moreSaw a "trailer" for the park (credit to Devinsupertramp) and was SO intrigued to check it out with my partner. HOLY HECK was it worth it!! We went Friday the 7th on a whim- didn't purchase tickets beforehand but was welcomed in and had the easiest process to get going with no wait.
Staff: ALL so friendly, informative, and happy to do what it takes to guarantee an incredible experience. There was a merch design I was interested in- wasn't available at the counter but a worker radioed in asking if there was one downstairs in their loft/storage center. We were happy waiting but he said he was going to run down and check for us. While waiting for him, even the gal working the merch counter, first day working there, was SO pleasant and fun to talk to!
Merch: SUCH COOL designs on clothing, jewelery, CARD GAME PROMO HOLOS(!!), and overall unique pieces to take with you (and interact with!).
Experience: Blacklights, water flow, voicing, secret sightings, music ambiance, textile sections, light shows, and NUMEROUS "quests" to complete via QR code scanning- EVERYTHING was SO cool! Love the ADA accessibility for sensory-friendly experiences, ramps, and elevators to assist and ensure enjoyment for everyone.
"Downsides/Cons": All listed are not really the facility's fault. Biggest takeaway is this is a family-heavy park that will attract distracting factors. • several families had their kids running about which can take you out of the experience. Nothing that can really be controlled- and by simply waiting in a section until they left, my partner and I enjoyed everything. When things pick up, may want to shoot for weekdays when less kiddos will be bugging or trampling around you haha • the quests can get overwhelming, trying to keep track of everything and having so many people running around searching for different things. Again, mostly energetic kids who don't mind personal space and get a bit too enthralled with the experience. They are OPTIONAL, of course, so don't have the quests keep you away from the experience. • There's almost TOO much to do- quests, interactions, decoding, and seeing EVERYTHING can get a bit overstimulating for neuro-folks who just want space to enjoy their time
BEAUTIFUL art, amazing environments, wonderful staff, and worth every penny. Not for those who want a timid or quiet event so plan accordingly. It's experience is definitely one to remember though, and I think everyone should support places like this. Thank you Dreamwalk for embracing the arts to their...
