Sodalicious — Restaurant in Orem

I went here after submitting an online order to this location. I arrived at the store, went through the drive thru as the lobby was closed, and went to pick up my order. I pulled through the drive thru, as you do, and there was no one there. I called the store after a couple of minutes and the employees hung up on me after I told them I was there, and didn't come to the window. After another 5 minutes, I called again, to which I said I had an order that I COULD SEE from my car, and was ready for me. The employee just says 'oops' and hangs up before coming to the window to give us drinks. On top of all of that, one of the drinks was incorrect. It was a standard drink of theirs, a 2nd base, which is lemonade, blue Curaçao, and pineapple. They missed the lemonade and made my drink with water instead. 💬 OVERVIEW - 4.75 This Sodalicious location has become my guilty pleasure as it is close to my daughter's school, so after I drop her off in the morning, I swing by from time to time for a drink 🥤.

🗺️ LOCATION - 5 This Sodalicious has a great location, but is easily blended with the neighboring businesses, so if you're not looking closely you may miss it.

💲 PRICE - 5 You can't beat a 44 ounce drink for $2!

🥤 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 I typically get a Lucky 🎰 with Diet Mtn Dew instead of a normal Mtn Dew.

💲 POINTERS/PERKS - N/A I think they have an app or something that you can download and do points for free products. Lobby is currently closed due to Covid.

I’m not from Utah, but the service has been choppy every time I visit my GF here. Soda is excellent, hits the spot every time, very succulent and not washed down in the slightest. However, the atmosphere is very drab and poorly lit during nights. The sign to order the sodas is placed in a very inconspicuous and inconvenient area making it challenging for customers to spot the menu. It is also very far from the ordering booth, which is confusing.

The service has also been quite mediocre. Every time I have asked for lite ice either they are absent minded or rude, and give the same amount of ice regardless. My GF even asked for no ice at all, and still received ice.
