RED GIANT EXPERIENCES — Attraction in Orem

An OK Price - But NOT a Great Experience. We booked a Paint Splatter Room through Groupon and we got what we paid for.  Though we "received what was described" - ie: 24 ounces of paint for six people - the paint was mostly-gone in the first 15 minutes.

Did we have enough paint for our canvases?  Yes. Did we have enough paint to bang the drum with paint on it one time.  Yes. Did we have enough paint to bang the drum with paint on it more than one time.  No. Did we bang the drum without paint a few times? Yes. Did we have enough paint to throw three splatter balls with a little paint in them?  Barely. Were the paint splatter balls a waste of paint? Yes. Did we have enough paint to do the bucket-on-a-rope thing?  No. Did we try to water down the paint and make it work anyway? Yes.

Was the guy who told took our reservation over the phone - accommodating? Yes. Was the girl running the place by herself - sweet? Yes. Was the $25 we paid per person a better price than other paint rooms?  Yes.

Were the brand-new-white-shirts-we-wore-with-the-intention-of-getting-them-all-painty still mostly-white when we finished?  Yes.

Did we choose to leave after a half an hour because we ran out of things to do. Yes.

I came to this room with hayley black below. I initially was going to let the LIES go and just move on with my life but the owner if this facility is so extremely unprofessional and I can not believe the audacity. When i signed up I got the XL rage room as that was advertised as coming with 5 pounds of smash ables, a large smashable and a larger space. None of which was delivered. There was even a sign on the desk which in the moment I stupidly forgot to take a photo of because I was just so overwhelmed with feeling completely scammed and lied to. If I had know they were falsely advertising I would have gone with another venue I saw, as It was cheaper and at least they had photos (at the time) The room was the same size as the other room, no smashables AT ALL were included. Yes we brought our own smashables because we had stuff to smash on top of the 5 POUNDS OF SMASHABLES I WAS PROMISED. Also the only box I had to check at the time said that the regular room didnt come with smashables NOT the XL. We came here to blow off anger and left more angry and taken advantage of. If the gimmick is to lie to you about free smashables to make you angry. Then they did a bang up job. They changed policy about having a few free smashables with your rental. The truth is that nothing but the safety gear and smash weapons are included. They have multiple ads for free large and small items. They lied. Poor women running the place by herself doesn't deserve the anger that I'm sure many people will feel after being blindsided like I was with my friends.
