Sunday December 16th 2018 at 5:07 I placed an order for Little Ceasar’s wonderful thin crust pepperoni pizza! It’s extremely tasty and such a great value at only $6. I also ordered crazy bread and sauce and a Pepsi to complete the meal. I have nothing but positive things to say about the actual product and price but the service and online system was so terrible at this location. It was really due to the employee on the cash register, I wish I had asked his name, he wore no name-tag, but he is a male with glasses about 5’9” and darker skin and hair, 17-20 years old. My order said it would be ready at 5:27 but my phone died and I headed over immediately to pick it up. I was there at 5:19 for pickup and the order was ready in their little online order kiosk that keeps the pizza warm and requires a passcode to get it out. I told him I had an online order, he said to go get it from the machine. My phone was dead at home, which I told him and he refused to get it out. He said I needed to go home and get my device (which was dead), drive back, and then retrieve my pizza. I started to walk out but realized that would take another 1/2 hour for a meal I had all ready paid for and was literally right in front of me. I had my ID and the card I paid with and I asked “Is there really no way I can pick it up now? I have my ID and I’ve all ready paid.” Visibly annoyed, he told me to wait. 20 MINUTES LATER, a female employee was putting another order into the online machine, (which easily opens from the back! Literally 5 feet away from the employee that refused to help me!). I quickly explained to her my phone was dead at home but my order was in there and I had my ID. She happily just took my order out of the back and sent me on my way, it took her about 35 seconds. Anyway, I felt like the customer service of that individual was extremely poor, and this is not the first time I’ve seen him give customers a blank stare and refuse to help them, this is just the first time he’s done it to me. This employee was rude and unhelpful, didn’t ask anyone to help assist him, and wasn’t busy until 5 minutes after I had asked for help and more customers started walking in. I will never use online ordering again and I would never recommend for anyone to order online at little ceasars. About 5 people that came in after me retrieved their call ahead orders without any issue while I was stuck waiting for an order that had all ready been paid for and completed. Luckily I stopped the young woman working there and finally got out of...
Read moreIt is unfortunate that we had a bad experience here. We knew we would have to wait for a customized pizza but we were willing to wait as I can’t have bread. I just eat the toppings. So I always ask for more toppings and light sauce. We we waited longer than usual which was fine. But then when we got the order it was wrong. So they had to remake it. And we finally left to go home. When we got home my customized pizza was still wrong and I couldn’t eat it. So we called and the manager was very run and abrupt. She kept asking for our receipt we never got. I was trying to explain why I was frustrated and she proceeded to say she didn’t need the attitude.. at that point there was no attitude being given. She just kept interrupting me. My husband was watching spots in the background and was swearing at the tv so I asked him to stop so I could speak to the lady and she started to ask when she could hang up. Because we were swearing and yelling at her which was NOT TRUE! She was being very confrontational and refused to help or listen . She didn’t even care. And I know it is little Caesar’s but seriously where did the customer service go? I spent $20 dollars . Well I tried to call back to apologize for the swearing in the background and to get the pizza corrected . The phone rang for 20 minutes! They refused to answer the phone. I can’t ever believe the treatment I got because I called to get the pizza corrected so I could come get the right one. As a business this is absolutely ridiculous and I never was rude one time! It’s almost as if she was antagonizing so she could just avoid dealing with the problem. I don’t normally order from them but...
Read moreLittle Caesars is well, ... Little Caesars haha. It's usually a decent meal at a decent and fairly low price. Tonight I used the app. I DONT RECOMMEND ORDERING BY THIS METHOD IF YOU WANT YOUR PIZZA ANY TIME SOON. I waited 15 min after ordering to make the 10 min drive there, figuring 25 min was enough time. When I got to the store, I was told "Dont believe the app. It comes up with times of its own" and that my food wouldnt be ready for 30 min. I had pre-paid so I couldnt really cancel besides, I was still hungry. He said he could get it going right then and it would be ready in 10-12 min. Great, right? WRONG. He instructed the cooks on my pizza but they made it round and regular instead of the deep dish special order I wanted. 15 min later he re-instructed the cook. All in all it took an hour to get a pizza that takes 10 min to bake. That's why I gave them 3 stars. In their defense, it was fairly busy. But not unexpectedly so. It was a standard dinner rush. Actually, past many peoples dinner time because it was 8pm when I finally got my pizza and left with, I might add, a free package of bread sticks and sauce. Whenever I order any type of specialty pizza, something like this happens there. I order like I do so I get fresh pizza. Not one that's been sitting in the warmer. If it's worth the trouble though and you're running short on cash, Little Caesars is a safe bet for a 3 star dinner if you dont mind waiting a bit. If you do mind, I recommend you go mainstream and get 1 out of the warmer. They're not bad. Fresh is...
