Arcade not included. Costs extra money.

FYI: -If you loose wrist band they cannot replace it and it's your loss.

-3 exits, people can just come in and wander around.

-Bathrooms in the arcade area.

-2 year olds can do everything except for karts.

-You can pay $8 for any single activity but you don't wear a band. You simply walk over to the activity you paid for and tell them you paid for it. The moment you pay, your time begins.

-$2 upgrade fee for new wrist band to go from 90 min to 120 min. Pass.

-No party area

Go karts, bowling and laser tag, you are waiting in a line, So when you buy passes for time keep that in mind, it's burning your time.

ACTIVITY SPECIFICS AND INFO:

Rock Wall- Major problem. They need someone watching this area. Kids are walking along the edges and if they fell they would be seriously hurt. Also, we were at the rock wall when another child removed the foam from under the wall and when my son dropped from the wall, he hurt his foot and we ended up at the doctors office checking to see if it was broken.

It is definitely a fun space. An employee should be monitoring the area to make sure the foam cubes stay where they should.

Bumper cars-- 4 min bumper cars. #5 is adaptable for kids to ride with a parent if disabled or too young to drive. Two sticks on either side control the left/right front back movement. It's like using two video game joy sticks. Every 90 seconds the bumper cars spin and move on their own and reset the overcrowding mosh of bumping. (Think 20 seconds of teacups).

Wheelchair/disabled accessible.

Go Karts- You have to be 50" for go carts. 40" to ride with someone; both need a pass. Indoor track is under black lightning. They are electric. Your first lap is very slow as everyone gets onto the track. Then they pick up speed.

It is VERY HARD to pass anyone. You have 2 spots that are barely big enough to pass someone and that is if the driver in front of you is feeling courteous. Otherwise plan on going as fast as the slowest driver.

*They STOP the race If they hear ANY bumping noise! 2 strikes your out.

Bathroom: Only 4 stalls and 2 sinks in the womens. 2 of which were clogged. No toilet seat covers, which seems ridiculous in a kids play place.

They were under staffed with 5 people working the whole place. 1 and snacks, 1 at bumper and the other the front desk, 1 laster tag, one go karts which is at the back of the store from the mall.

Laser tag-- No stairs and No upper levels, just walls placed here and there. Wheelchair accessible.

They can split people into 4 different colors. They try to keep teams even. Vests are standard.

The gun has a physical button you must press with your left hand so that your right hand holding the trigger works.

*They have a mode for little kids where they only need one hand to operate the gun.

If you score enough points, you can earn automatic rounds, which is rapid fire for 60 shots-- literally hold the trigger down and annihilate everyone in front of you.

I was often "gotten" by lasers I never saw. I suspect these laser guns have a pretty high range across the floor. Meaning you can get someone from pretty far away and across the room.

Bowling- Don't need bowling shoes to bowl. They have dino themed rails for little kids to use to help them bowl, of use as a slide. The tablets are easy to use to set up bowling names. Movies are playing on the screens in the background to keep kids semi-ocupied until their next turn. Standard bowling balls and sizes.

There are stairs up to the bowling alley but there is also a ramp that makes it wheelchair accessible as well.

Mini Golf- Balls are located at the front desk. The clubs are waiting in the mini golf room. NOT wheelchair accessible. It's really tight and small in there. All the holes are the same...

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! IT’S A WASTE OF MONEY!! So I went in today for my birthday and I had a blast but the people working took a while to operate some stuff when it was dead but we had fun for the most part until we got to the arcade games. So I was playing power ball and I spent all my credits on this game and I kept playing and got the jackpot of 1000 tickets I was so excited!! I got over and scanned my card and found only 37 tickets I thought it was a glitch so I tried over and over and over again still 37 tickets! So I asked them and they said no they couldn’t give me the 1000 Tickets so I was like okay that sucks and so I was like let me go try again to see if it works this time. I did it again and got a couple of tickets not the 1000 but some lower value tickets. I scanned my card and it shows your credits and ticket amount then I noticed that my tickets were still at 37! So I was like weird so I went and scanned my card turns out the whole time I was playing that game I wasn’t getting any tickets at all! So I went back to the counter and was like hey so it wasn’t giving me at tickets at all. The lady at the front desk was super snappy and rude and was like I still can’t give you the tickets! And I just walked away and went to my friend and I was like it didn’t give me any tickets while a little girl played the game and then got excited for the 30 tickets she won’t get at all and I was like hey it doesn’t give you tickets be careful not to waste your credits like I did. So I was like hey to my friend we should go them to put a sign up on it to tell the people it doesn’t work. So we go back up and tell her hey is there anyway we could put a sign up to let people know it’s broken and she said No I can’t do that in a super rude tone and then said l so sorry that was super rude sounding. And me and my friend were like okay then is there someone higher then you who can put it up and she was like I’m the head manager here. She was super rude and was offering credits but half of the credits we wasted in total! What a rip off and then we asked if we could just get a refund she went No there are no refunds! And so we and my friend looked at each other and just left. What a super disappointing visit the place has totally gone down hill avoid at all cost it’s not worth it!!! There is not point to get more credits if it’s not half of what I payed for and wasted! Pictures and...

This place is brand new so my expectations were high. I gave it a three because it's an average Fun Center, but nothing that set's it apart from other Fun Centers. It provided the basic entertainment a Family Fun Center is supposed to for my kids.

It has arcade games, billiards (Interesting choice...this is usually for a bar setting), bowling, miniature golf, bumper cars, and supposedly go-karts, but they were not running today. It has a Styrofoam pit that you can swing into and a rock climb in the middle of the pit. My first thoughts with pits is Yuck, Nasty, Disgusting. It's fresh because it's a new facility, but think of all the nastiness that builds up in a pit with all sorts of bodily whatever's over time.

It has no Wi-Fi because they claim it's too expensive, but they had the ability to cover the expense of a brand new facility. What does anybody want these day's with a cell phone.....Wi-Fi service. This alone is a red flag if a business isn't willing to provide this.

The arcade games are fun. They chose some good ones, but the area for the arcade is small and can be completed in about 15-20 minutes.

The FunPlex is attached to a mall so the main clientele is high school students trying to show off for the opposite sex which translates into being disrespectful, and rude kids which makes the experience for everyone else terrible.

They have a snack bar which is cool if there is someone there to help you. Also their Redemption area has cool prizes it's just got a weird set up where you have to go back and forth around a corner to see all prizes. Not a big deal, just a little design annoyance.

Overall if I could make a generalized comparison I'd say this is your "Lagoon" status Family Fun Center. I'd say Fat Cats in Saratoga Springs, Provo Beach in Provo, and Boondocks in Draper are still your "Disneyland" status Family Fun Centers.
