It's busy on a Friday night so you figure that it's a good place to dine! Hmm. The wait was about 30 minutes, to be expected. The place is bustling! Lots of chatter and general noise. Not the time you'd go, if you want to have a relaxed conversation. I almost had to yell to be heard. The atmosphere is much like a Friday's or Hooters. Plenty of large TV screens. It would be a good place to watch a game. We ordered the Avocado Rolls as an appetizer. They came hot and ready in less than 10 minutes and they were good! So quick in fact, that our waitress had not taken our order. The food didn't take long, but I was very disappointed with my choice. I chose the Strawberry Fields salad. It had chicken breast that was slightly dry but seasoned. It had about five strategically placed pieces of strawberry. Together these pieces may have equalled one strawberry! It had four or five segments of mandarin orange. It had blue cheese crumbles that together did not equal a whole teaspoon. Lastly, it had a whole bag of spring mix lettuce. It was supposed to have a vinaigrette dressing of which I tasted none and had to ask for some on the side. My two dining companions ordered hamburgers with fries and their orders were not hot! Very underwhelming to say the least. I can say that at least the restroom was clean. Our waitress was nice, she gave us an ample amount of attention considering that it was very busy. It was an okay place but today people are looking for value for their money. The salad was nearly eighteen dollars and I paid for a bag of lettuce and toppings that did not equal one quarter of a cup! Scandalous! I don't feel the need to go back there. Perhaps on a day when it's not so busy. It might be a little better... but for now, thanks. BUT... no thanks.

Update: I received a note and a chance to try the food again from customer service generated by my review. I love that great customer service. I visited the same location, this time on Saturday afternoon. Our server Prince, was awesome. Present, pleasant and knowledgeable. I couldn't pass up the avocado rolls, they didn't disappoint! I ordered the salmon with roasted veggies and potatoes. It was ok. I wasn't wowed in any way, but it was tasty and worth the price tag. I have changed my mind about BJ's. I will visit again. You can't please everyone's tastebuds, but value is important. Customer service turned a "D" into a 'B+' Way...

Saturday was my second poor experience and this time what I thought it would be a quick in and out took forever! BJS PLEASE LISTEN LOUD AND CLEAR Even the donation process was a challenge your rewards and promotions need to be clear and include any restrictions in the emails you send. My first poor experience dining in was a girl's day and her first time dining and it wasn't a pleasant one. I assured my guest that it may be an off day or just a server having a bad day and left it at that. I chose to dine in for the double rewards offer sent but they were never put in or added to the account later. The server told me write my phone number on the receipt and nothing days and now months later. Now this past Saturday really let me down. My cousin never asks for anything and asked for a Pizookie. I didn't even tell her I was getting it but the experience was terrible. That was the only thing I came in for and due to rewards and promotions there is always an issue. There is nothing on the rewards or email stating you have to spend the amount of the reward or more or you can't use it. Everyone assisting at the time didn't understand either and a manager came over loud saying I can't give you rewards back which no one ever asked her to. I just wanted to use them for the dessert as the email even stated everyone deserves a little joy maybe even a pizookie and the exclusions just state no cashback. If the amount has to be met at the threshhold just state that or offer the Pizookie Flight. The process itself just took much longer just to do something so simple and the delivery was poor in explaining the process. Don't assume someone is trying to get anything back or even imply. One positive was the cashier Cam he remained calm and didn't panic even though he wasn't familiar with the process or need an override from the manager. He held his compusure and smiled. The manager was very cold and didn't apologize just loud and making assumptions. Just make the terms and conditions clear on the emails and the process won't be anything like what I...

Boyfriend & I wanted to try something new & stopped in 2 days ago. Building looks great, interior looks great with a brewery/sports bar vibe so we had high hopes especially with their 4.3 star google rating. However, our experience with the food & drinks was very poor. The only thing I enjoyed was my berry hard cider. Boyfriend sampled 3 beers & didnt enjoy any of them but settled on a particular one for our stay. He ordered his second beer & it came out with a bunch of stuff floating in it that we could not identify & he didn't notice until half way through it. We got the chili potstickers as an appetizer, I got a flatbread with chicken, bacon, avocado, tomatos & a ranch sauce, boyfriend got surf n turf with mashed potatoes & asparagus. The potstickers took a good 20 minutes to come out & were cold, soggy & flavorless even with the chili sauce. The chicken on my flat bread looked slightly undercooked but was also hard like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Asparagus tasted like soap, ordered the steak medium rare & came out extremely rare & cold. We opted to not have them "throw it back on the grill" like they offered because by this point we were so disappointed & dissatisfied that we just wanted the check & to leave. Neither of us ate more than a couple bites of our meals, but we did finish the potsticker app. Manager took the beer with the floaters off our bill, 50% off the potstickers, 25% off the surf n turf & gave us a $25 complimentary card to come back because "they didn't want this experience to leave a bad taste in our mouth"..gift card is now in the garbage as we both experienced food poising like symptoms the entire next day. We thoroughly enjoyed our waitress Toni & hope to run into her at a different establishment some day. We cannot in good conscious recommend this restaurant & wish I would have taken pictures while...

We went to BJ'S on Sunday afternoon, 8/20/23, for the first time to try the prime Rib Special for $31.95. The restaurant and bar are beautiful and clean. Great atmosphere. They had tv's mounted on the walls in the bar area so that you could watch sports. We sat in the main dining area at a table. The restaurant had alot of customers but was only about half capacity. There were plenty of servers and staff on hand which was nice to see. Our server greeted us and took our drink and food order and gave us some recommendations on sides to go with the Special. The Special came with Prime Rib, 2 sides plus a salad, and a Pizookie dessert (see pics). We enjoyed conversation as we waited for our food. Salad came out and it was very good but smaller than pictured on the menu but plenty none the less. The Prime Rib came out and it was a large cut of meat with a good percentage of fat. The meat was so incredibly tender and flavourful. The mash potatoes were to die for. They tasted like they were freshly made from scratch. My baked potato was served with sourcream and butter on the side. We both had the grilled asparagus and it had a very good taste and was very tender except for a few stems near the ends. We enjoyed them though. My wife was working on a Margarita flight which consisted of 4 different Margaritas served on a special serving tray. (See pics). She loved them and said each one was delicious and had a good amount of alcohol in them. She was toasted when we left! Finally we had dessert. She had a Strawberry shortcake Pizzooki and I opted for the fudge brownie. OMG! They were so good. Perfect end to a perfect meal. There was alot of food so go with an appetite. My wife was absolutely beyond stuffed when we left! We enjoyed the meal very much. The Prime Rib Special is only available Friday and Saturday after 4 and all day Sunday if this sounds good to you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a mostly solid experience at BJ’s Brewhouse, with a few highlights and some room for improvement. Appetizer Sampler: Chicken wings were a good size and had the perfect crisp. Sliders had a surprisingly great flavor—just could’ve used a little cheese or condiments. Spinach dip came out extremely hot—burnt my lip, so be careful. Once it cooled down, the flavor was really good. Entrees: Parmesan-Crusted Chicken came with a lemon sauce that tasted really sour and didn’t pair well with the chicken. So I'd ordering ask for sauce in the side the mashed potatoes were a bit sour as well not sure if some sauce got mixed in. Jambalaya tasted more like a Chinese stir-fry than a traditional Cajun dish you can see they juat threw some cajun seasoning on it—unexpected, but still decent just visually and taste threw me off. Great White Deep Dish Pizza was the standout! It had a crispy parmesan-crusted cheese layer on top that added great texture and flavor—definitely worth ordering again. The chicken on the pizza taste like it comes pre-packaged and frozen not legit chicken breast. Just thought I'd add that it was still the 2nd best behind the wings. Desert: Peacon salted caramel pizookie was good but they added alot of caramel they could of eased back a tad. Drinks: Tried the Pint Red Amber beer, but it was served flat and warm—pretty disappointing. Overall, the appetizers and pizza were great. Some dishes and the beer missed the mark, but I’d come back for the pizza and wings for sure. I am going to go back and sample some different pizza selections.

Although we had a reservation, we waited 15-20 to be seated. We were confused because there were quite of few tables empty. Once seated, we waited another 10-15 to be acknowledge by waitress. She said no one told her she had another table. We ordered our drinks and appetizers first. A martini, old fashion, and cocktail. It took 30-45 minutes to get our drinks and appetizers. We had to send 2 of the drinks back due to too much ice in the old fashion. (Watered down) and the cocktail was too syrupy. It took another 30 minutes to get those drinks. My husband was still disappointed with old fashioned so he just ordered a beer. We thought it would take 5 minutes to get a beer. Whelp we were wrong. After 15 minutes we asked our waitress on the eta for the beer and she stated oh just a couple more minutes. 10 minutes later here comes his beer. You can tell it had been sitting because there was zero foam and it was flat. Our main course took about an hour to come out. The sweet potatoes fries were cold, baked potatoe was hard as a rock, and the steak was too seasoned (extremely salty). We only asked for another baked potato and the next one was pipping hot which told me it was microwave (which made the potato extremely dry and still hard) The baked potato was replaced by mashed potatoes which was decent. We also ordered the trio dessert (strawberry) which was good. Overall, this experience was a disappointment. Slow service and mediocre food. We were there for almost 3 hours. We will not patronize again.
