This is by far my fav Chipotle location (Tinley Park, IL 159th & Harlem Ave.) Everyone is friendly, they take their jobs seriously which I can tell by how clean and organized (I have OCD so I notice things) the restaurant is at any time. Food is always good, fresh and hot! Tbh, I visit Chiptole most out of all other restaurants I frequent on avg. I feel I get a great deal, so much food (when I order a bowl) there's enough for two meals (I usually eat later in the day, so I only eat less than half a bowl and save the other half for the next day)
Talk about bargain for your money.. I get all my nutritional needs in one meal! Can't wait to start working out again, because I used to work out when I was a vegetarian (age 16-21) and was doing pretty good. Chipotle is what rescued me from the damage I was doing to my body (just wasn't eating enough and variety of foodstuffs to pull that off; more power to others who are vegetarian/vegan, I can definitely respect that lifestyle). I decided to try a chicken burrito and the rest is history! haha! It was this location, iirc, actually. I'd also visit the Orland Park one (off 153rd & LaGrange Rd). But the Tinley Park one I always prefer. They are seriously on their game! (To be fair, I have to really jog my memory to think of any negative experiences from any Chipotle, tbh. If there ever is any issue they remedy it quickly.)
Hope this helps! They really deserve to be commended for their work. There's so much work that goes into making it happen for us customers I can imagine it takes a lot of energy (esp when it gets crazy busy, they are always professional, and in good spirits, part of what attracts me to visit here). They pull it off, though! Now I'm hungry lol its too early for me yet, although I just may stop off later tn for a bowl after...
Read moreABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS YOU HAVE WORKING THERE! I order FOUR Steak tacos and the first guy puts ONE spoonful of meat divided up among FOUR tacos. There were three little tiny pieces of meat on each taco. Next comes in the girl next to him with her attitude. I ask her politely I said, "Can you please put more meat on those tacos there is only three pieces of meat on each one". She responds with, "Well that is going to be double the cost then" I said, "Then forget it, I'm not paying double for you to put meat on a steak taco" and pulled out my camera and took a picture of the incompetent club you have working there and said, "Who's your manager so I know who to report you to?" and she said, "Go ahead her name is Trina" and they all started giggling at me as I walked out and the one white girl that said the manager's name says in a mocking voice, "Bye bye" and they all start laughing. What a horrible team you have working there. I will never be back to any Chipotle again and I am going to ask ABC 7's Chuck Goudie do an investigation on Chipoltes across the Chicago area for them ripping folks off and shrinking the portion sizes. Also, I did not appreciate how before all this, that first guy at the far right by the tortilla roaster kept everyone in line waiting while he filled Phone in orders. The guy behind me even complained and the worker said, " you have to wait I have to fill these". There are so many good restaurants in the Orland/Tinley Park area that you will never see me back at any of your stores again. I urge others to check out the taco shop just to the north on the east side of Harlem. Much better service and decent...
Read moreWalked in at 8:10pm as the restaurant closes at 10pm. I'm assuming it was the manager on shift that was cleaning up the food bar. The restaurant had no diners but there was a line of people waiting to order. When I walked up there was no acknowledgment. Went I asked for a burrito bowl, the assumed manager was very rude and told me the ONE worker doing the food line would be with me. Customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. When it came to placing my order, it was like we were suddenly on a game show for "how fast can they make a burrito bowl." They had the grills cleaned and shut down, the sour cream and queso looked like it had been there since morning, they were rushing to check us out, garbages were overfilled, soda all over the soda station, ice overflowing. Didnt ask if we wanted to eat in the facility, immediately bagged up our food, took the money and was over it. Never again coming to this location. Go down the street to the Chipotle in Tinley by Portillos or to 191st and LaGrange....
