The coffee is terrible. They never get the order right. We asked for cream and EXTRA sugar every single day. It tastes like they used dish water to make it. It has little to no sugar. Sometimes they won't put all the hashbrowns we ordered. So we get jipped. Then like last week the one girl who works in back with the black hair and glasses was extremely rude. Not just to me and my boyfriend but also to the other workers. She said in the whiniest voice ever "why can't they just come inside?" Hmmm maybe because I'm (visibly) pregnant and really don't want to get out of my car. And honestly what's the point of having a drive thru if no one can go through it? Honestly she should get a job where she is alone and doesn't have to work with anyone. The one white guy who works there is super nice. Does his job without any complaints. The owner is indian didn’t what to disclose his name. He is so unprofessional my family & I spend over $40 weekly each trip. My husband called over the phone that our order was wrong. The owner caught an attitude with him and told him he does this all the time. The Egg and cheese wraps are always burnt so we’ve had them remake orders before we pull off which gets them mad as well. There is no winning! They want you to pay and you get what you get basically! Avoid this location as you can see all these bad reviews! It’s my our own fault for continuing to give him our money. Told us never to come back which is funny because it’s just a bagel! Make your own food at home! I came here around 6:30 AM 4/14 and the 2 workers there had an attitude towards me. I kindly asked for no cheese on my pancake wrap, and her response was “it already comes like that” when in every other Dunkin I’ve been to it usually isn’t a problem to take it off before it gets heated. Then she misunderstood that i wanted a hibiscus tea refresher, and instead put down that i wanted a hot hibiscus tea. So, at the window i asked once again nicely if i could change the hot tea to a refresher and so she told me it was already made. i understand that I should have probably said something before i got to the window, but i dont think i was asking for a big request. i felt like she truly wasn't trying to be accomodating to me overrall.
