Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Orland Township

I've been to this location at least a few dozen times and I cant recall a single time they had a pizza ready to go immediately. I would normally wait 15 -30 minutes for a pizza. Which is what it is. It didn't bother me enough to take my business somewhere else. I've seen inexperienced workers and managers alike on several occasions and it seems like each time I'm in there, at least one person is getting a refund.

But my Son loves the place so I just adjusted my expectations and kept coming back every so often.

That ends tonight. I will never purchase any food from this location again.

Tonight my wife and I thought we were being smart and ordered online about 45 minutes before we got to the store. Of course our order wasn't ready, not a big shocker there.

What did shock me was as we got to the pickup machine we noticed half of our order was in locker #2 with someone elses order and the name on the screen wasn't mine.

We decided to wait for the order to be complete to see what happened and in that time a woman came in, opened the locker, took our food out to get hers and put ours back.

I was horrified to see that some random person just had access to my food. While I stood in the long line to explain what happened I saw this same thing play out two more times.

I also saw this happen to two other people's orders. When I finally had a chance to speak to the cashier and explain I didnt want that food he said he understood and took the food out.

He then took it to the back and came back in under a minute and tried giving me the same food. When I questioned it he claimed they replaced the food but the box was grease stained and the sticker with my name was still on it!!!

After asking for a refund a rude manager came out of the back and never once apologized, offered any sort of remedy, or even looked me in the eyes once....

So not only did who knows how many people handle my food, but then the employees lied about replacing the food.

I got a refund and left. At this point it was about an hour and a half since we had ordered online for the "convenience".

While there I saw employees take a pizza a customer brought in to return because it was incorrect and hand it back out to another customer. There was so much more going on but these instances alone are enough to convince me I'm better going somewhere else.

Safe yourself a headache and spend your money somewhere that actually...

I don’t come here often but when I do it’s always busy with people waiting. On this day, it was a last minute decision to order for dinner. I didn’t want to wait in line so I ordered online. I allowed a few extra minutes after my pickup time to get to the store just to make sure it was ready. At the store, and to no surprise, there were about 10+ people waiting, most looking less than happy. My order was ready although I stood there for quite some time waiting for someone to bring my sauce for the crazy bread. Not sure why that took so long, maybe because everyone in the back was talking and having a good time 🤷🏻‍♀️. I finally got my sauce, came home and opened my pizza to find slices missing and another slice with a bite taken out of it!!!! I have a picture because it’s so unbelievable but I can’t post here. Shocked. I attempted to call the store to let them know I would be returning but they didn’t answer. I stayed on the call the entire drive back to the store. Still no answer. 10.5 minutes and no answer. I returned the pizza to the guy at the front and he looked just about as horrified as I did when I opened it. He gave me a replacement pizza and another (it was almost time to close so it wasn't going to anyone else) and refunded my order. Not sure I even wanted to eat this meal but this was dinner. I won’t be back to this store. I wish I can post the picture because that’s worth more...

I had the worst experience for pizza today! I am a customer who has undoubtedly placed over 100 orders here. Today I placed my order at 3:50pm the app said it would take until 4:05-4:10pm to be ready. my son gets out of the car at 4:30 and goes into the restaurant because he says they are packing her up. He answers the employee that she is alone and everything is late. At 4:50 pm the order says that it is ready to pick up and my son goes back in and comes back and tells me that he is not there and the employee will close. I get out of my car and tell the employee at 5pm that my order says it's ready and she says that she has to close the store due to lack of employees and that we should leave. I repeat that my order says that it is ready and says that I can pick it up after 30 minutes after she opens the door. I asked her if I can cancel it and she repeats that she won't attend me until 30 minutes have passed and she opens the door again. This employee was very rude and unfriendly with a very bad attitude! I do not recommend this...
