Just left Miller’s Ale House: I will definitely return. I had a great meal. First and foremost the staff were extremely friendly, showcasing good customer service skills. I was asked if my visit was a first: it was. The hostess thanked me for coming and graciously seated me and my guest. The atmosphere was fresh, freeing and engaging. The seating arrangements are such that you don’t feel as if you’re seating all over other patrons. The hostess handed us our menus and welcomed us again, saying, “we hope that your experience will cause you to return.” I especially liked that. Moments later, our waitress appeared: her name is Keisha and she was a sheer delight. She told us of the day’s special and drinks. When asked questions about certain items, she didn’t hold back(I liked that about her) in giving her assessments. She was honest and forthright while continuing to provide great service, charm and professionalism. She made the experience a good one for us. You should request her service, should you ever choose to eat at this establishment. The menu is broad, rather extensive and moderately priced. The bar was a handsome feature: a huge full bar at that. I sits directly in the center of the restaurant. Keisha was able to assist us in ordering meals to fit our tastes. I had a large helping of a scrumptious meatloaf: get it! Dad’s Homemade Meatloaf is it’s title. It’s a mixture of ground sirloin, bell pepper, onion, oregano and garlic, served with creamy, thick mashed potatoes. The brown gravy which comes atop the meatloaf and mashed potatoes is good. The flavors are all well balanced. I also had there Mac & Cheese. The shells were a bit Al dente. I’m not accustomed to eating macaroni and cheese al dente, but I found this dish quite refreshing. I was surprised that the meal came to only $6.99. I was well prepared to be $50 and up. I was given huge servings. The servers were just as professional and friendly as Keisha. With each meal brought to the table, the servers delightfully served us. I give this place five stars all around. Great service. Exceptional staff, great food, fresh and vibrant atmosphere. Clean and open space environment. Millers Ale House was a good experience. Whatever they’re doing to make this a wonderful experience, I’d encourage them to keep up their work: I’m thoroughly pleased. Btw, my guess had the English Pub Fish and Chips. The fish was delicious. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone. May I also add that they’ve an extensive wine and beer menu as well. Keisha was gracious enough to provide us w/a delicious bowl of vanilla ice cream, with chocolate sauce and...
Read moreBeen going to Millers for quite awhile. The last 2 times were not a good dining experience. Thought maybe the first time was just a fluke, but second time was just as bad. The first time we had a waiter that screwed up everyone's order (5) of us. Wrong dishes, wrong sauces! Asked him to correct it and he looked at me like I was crazy! Took food back to kitchen, wrong sauce wings were then tossed in the correct sauce (2 sauces on our chicken now) and it tasted disgusting, asked him to make new orders with the correct sauces like we ordered. Waited forever for it to be replaced! The most recent bad experience was yesterday 11/29/24. My family of 5 were seated and given our menus like usual. Ordered our drinks, everything was good so far! Then we ordered our food, once again, wrong dressings, wrong vegetables, didn't get a soup we ordered. Asked the waitress to correct it. As we were waiting, we were going to eat the food that was correct. NOPE! we were never given any utensils! Waited for waitress so we could ask for utensils, she was nowhere to be found. My wife got up herself and grabbed utensils herself for us! After 15 minutes, I finally got my ranch dressing for my salad. 15 minutes for ranch? Before we were ready to leave, wanted to grab a gift card as a gift for Christmas, so I went to the hostess stand where I was greeted by a lady that appeared to be annoyed that I had asked her to purchase a gift card. She says " i don't do gift cards, the girl who does is real busy, let me see if she can come help you". WHAT? I am trying to spend my hard earned money in your establishment but apparently everypne is too busy to help anyone! I waited and waited, hostess never came back and no one ever came to the desk. We were ready to leave at this point, so I see the waitress and ask for a to-go cup for the soup, since soup didn't come out with the meal because it was part of the messed up order. I had to ask her 3 times for the to-go bowl as she kept passing by. Never did she bring it! I got up and went to the kitchen and asked again where she handed it to me within 1 second! What was so hard about that. I hate to say it but my family of 5 will not be going here anymore, and that sucks because this was our typical family go-to for dinner place! Too many options out there to choose fromro be treated with such horrible service! If I want a screwed up order and terrible service, I'll know where to go but for now, my business is going elsewhere.

Read moreI’ve been here perhaps three times over the past several months. The place is good but yesterday must’ve been an off day. The only good thing to say about this visit is my waitress Taylor. She’s a dynamite young lady who was so very eager to please me. She recognized my experience there was not ideal. Yesterday’s experience was miserable. First off the place was cold. It was a summer eve in the low 70s. They had the AC cranked up to maximum. There’s no reason for that. Taylor agreed. She said that her legs were cold and the poor girl had to wear a light jacket. She had to flash me her name tag and cover up quickly. I don’t blame her. She was cold. She went to her manager to forward my complaint and then returned with an update. I felt no appreciable change.
My brother and I had the chips with the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer. The ramekin of dip ran out before the chips. Taylor was kind enough to bring us another serving of dip at no charge. Awesome customer service right there. The main course orders took a long time to get to us. I’ve been there on truly busy days and I got my food in a timely manner . It wasn’t all that packed yesterday. I took up a bit of the waiting time going outside to warm up. The manager brought our food. My brother asked for onion rings not fries so instead of leaving my plate and taking his he took both. Awesome waitress Taylor was told of this. She rolled her eyes at disbelief as to what happened. I then said that I bet my food would arrive cold. Taylor assured me and made sure that won’t happen. She then bolted to the kitchen. True to her word the food arrived hot. Taylor kept apologizing for everything that went wrong. But I’ll tell you what. She did what she could to make it right.
So there you have it. It’s a good place. I’ll go again. It’s typical bar food fare done well enough. The place was clean. It has allot of tv monitors. One sad note though. They did away with the bacon and blue cheese burger. I don’t know why. Taylor doesn’t know why. She loved that burger as do I. Menus change and that’s fine. There’s no need to complain about that. But boy I hope it will be back again. It’s so good....
