I’ve been to Stanley’s several times since it’s one of the few places that offers vegan options. Unfortunately half the times I’ve been there and go through the drive- I’m told they’re out of the vegan donuts. Today before I went, I went on their website to make sure they had them available. There was no “item unavailable” next to these items so I went. I ordered a coffee and requested the vegan donuts and the vegan strawberry croissant. I was told they were out. I settled for just the coffee and while waiting in line I went back on their website in case I didn’t see if they were unavailable. Sure enough, I was able order the donuts I wanted online to go. After I got my coffee, I waited in the parking lot for about 5-7 minutes even though in my email it said that the order would be ready in a minute (ordered at 1:01 and said I could pick up at 1:02). I go in the store, checked the shelves for order pick ups and I don’t see my order. I figured, ok I’ll just wait by the cash register to let them know. I do see several employees walking back and forth with items and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy. What did bother me was at least 3 employees made eye contact with me and didn’t acknowledge me. I’m not looking for royal treatment but if someone would’ve greeted me and said, “I’ll be right with you”, or “give me a few minutes I’ll be right with you”- it would’ve been fine. I’ve worked in customer service and I understand it gets busy. A lady walked in goes to the glass counter and after a minute she gets asked if she needs help. I don’t follow their conversation throughly but I did hear about a vegan item. As she’s getting waited on, I’m still not getting acknowledged by anyone. When the lady moved down to the cash register to pay, unfortunately I had to step in to the side of her to let the cashier know I was waiting for my online pickup. The cashier seemed flustered and said to give her a moment. After she leaves to go to the back I waited another 2-3 minutes and another employee asks me what I needed. I tell her about my online pick up and she goes to the back and asks about it. Anyways so they finally give me the vegan donuts after a few more minutes and I’m bothered that all of this could’ve been avoided if they would’ve just filled the order in the drive through. I don’t understand why I had to go online to request I wanted. And why I was pretty much lied to. Also made me question if the items I got were actually vegan or not. Idk if I’ll make the trip...

My fiancé and I moved down the street almost a year ago, so we occasionally frequent Stan’s on Saturday’s. Yesterday morning we decided to go before work on a Wednesday and got there between 6-7am. But I wish we hadn’t because it just solidified our feelings about the place and ruined us going there all together. The red haired gal that helped us was one of the rudest service industry people I’ve ever come across. For example, I showed her my phone and asked if I could use this bagel reward towards my bagel sandwich that she knew I was ordering. She said yes just click redeem and I’ll discount it from your order. After I did that she said no you can’t do that your bagel has to be plain. And I said oh yes that’s why I asked you if it could be used towards the sandwich that you just took our order for, and you said yes. She said nope you should know that you can’t do that. And I said oh ok, I didn’t know that’s why I asked you. And she continued to argue with me and be so incredibly rude. I would have used different points if she didn’t tell me I could use that specific one? It wasn’t even that big of a deal but her rudeness and attitude towards me was so alarming. Over bagel points? My god. Even when she took our donut order she was just coming off so mean. She made me feel so stupid, mocked me, told me over and over again how wrong I was, and completely ruined our morning. Then surprisingly when our food was ready, our bagel sandwich that my fiancé and I shared was completely burnt. He said to me, you know she probably did that on purpose right? How embarrassing for her to think it’s ok to talk to people with such disgust. We took a few bites that tasted like char and chemicals and tried to tough it out because we paid for it, but had to throw the rest away. We literally went there to have a coffee date before our very long and busy days, and this is how we were treated. Super off putting and honestly just gross to have somewhere like Stan’s have...

Where do I start. Today , I thought we’d stop in for a few donuts to go , and it was one of my worst experiences ever at a Stan’s location. I was with my family and I teach them with respect and manners , so I held back from what I really wanted to say. My facial expressions at the end must have said it all, because when my husband walked back by me after using the restroom, he said why do I looked pissed . First of all we all walked in a good mood , and forbid Ariana P. , had to be interrupted from speaking with her coworker . She had a face on her from the start of the transaction, till the end and rolling of her eyes. Unreal , so many would love to have her job and can’t get hired because management, fails to see how their customers are being treated and if it wasn’t for customers like myself and others , neither would be employed there. I first thought we were gonna get more than I thought and said I may need a box and then said sorry just a bag, well she rolled her eyes and said anything else rudely. Um, I’m the customer , know-one else in line and pt not sure we’re she had to go , that she was rushing me . I kept my composure , nothing but respect, but my face tells it all when I’m disrespected. But again, I keep calm in front of my kids. Otherwise , we would have had a conversation on how to treat customers or go find another job. I honestly believe so many great people are out in this world and then you find a employee like Ariana. Not sure if she has done this to others with the rolling of the eyes , the sighs and rudeness when she speaks , but all those planning to visit this location need to know. She is Rude , impatient and lacks...

First impression of Stan's Donuts as someone who has never been to any Stan's locations. The coffee is pretty good. I got their chocolate banana lightning which from what I can tell is a cold brew with whatever flavor you want. Honestly the coffee is something I would get again. The place is also very cute and the ambience is very warm and welcoming. However, those are the only positive things I can say about this location. When I walked in I felt rushed to order, even when I told the cashier I needed a few minutes to decide, and then she seemed annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted. After I decided, I ordered my coffee with a plain bagel and cream cheese. The bagel was a little burnt but I honestly didn't mind it. However, what was concerning, was when I opened up the bagel and found a small piece of egg inside the bagel. I'm not sure how they toasted it or their cleaning procedure for cleaning the toaster/warmer but finding a piece of egg inside of something that doesn't come with an egg in my opinion is unacceptable. Especially considering that eggs are a one of a major allergy. The dining area was also not as clean as it should be. Trash was overflowing, crumbs almost under every seat, and floors were sticky. If the front of the house isn't being clean, I do have to wonder how clean the back of the house equipment is. I had high hopes for trying Stan's and unfortunately I am heavily disappointed. I will try different locations because the coffee was really good but I do not plan on coming back to this location and will definitely be more hesitant trying food at other locations.

I have never gone inside to order. Tried to go elsewhere for breakfast and everything was extremely packed. Kids were starving so we decided to come here. Victoria was at the registered and she seems to love her job...NOT! This was probably one of the worst services I have had in a very long time. From all the staff there, I believe Ariana was her name, she was friendly. We ordered donuts to go, 1 egg and cheese sandwich, traditional oatmeal, 2 plain bagels with cream cheese, 2 hash browns and a pretzel bagel with butter. When we received our order, pretzel bagel was stale. Only 1 plain bagel was given, not only was it stale it was extremely cold. We had asked for everything to be toasted. The oatmeal was cherry almond not traditional. So, I went to the register and Victoria looked at me and decided to ignore me. I got upset and told her, I couldn't believe she looked and me and walked away that it was obvious that I needed assistance. I explained everything; she gave me 2 bagels toasted and the traditional oatmeal (it was given in a coffee cup and it was very little and watery). I did not want to argue so we trashed basically everything except the donuts. The hash browns were soggy!!! Really gross, did not bother to even try it. The cheese on the breakfast sandwich was not even melted! I should have taken pictures of everything but I thought about it at last minute and this is what I still had at the table before trashing. I can't believe we spent almost $60 and basically trashed everything!!!

This Stan's is located in Orland and I've been here numerous times but this is the first time I have reviewed. My most recent visit I only got a single cake donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. It was decorated with Valentine's sprinkles. I walked in and I was the only person in line. There were 2 workers and no one acknowledged me, they were busy talking. One worker glanced at me but didn't say anything as I looked at the display case. I walked down towards the cash register and said hello. One of the two said oh hi did you decide what you want? I said yeah and walked back down towards the donuts and told her my order. This was after a few minutes had passed. I paid, got my donut and sat down. That's not the kind of service I expect or deserve. I believe a customer should be greeted upon entering and asked if they can be helped especially when there is no other customers in line. Usually I haven't encountered that type of service here so this was disappointing. I like the decor and vibe of Stan's. It's decorated cute and there's a lot of seating. There's also cute Stan's merch to buy which I have purchased. My donut was good which was the saving grace of this experience. I have also purchased pretzel bagels here before and I like those too and the pistachio donuts are good as well. The coffee is also good but after the dismal service I received I doubt I will be back for awhile bc I don't deal with lackluster service!
