Wow!! I am at a loss of words.. it has been a good year or more since I’ve been to this location..And after my last interaction back then it really took a lot to try this location again.. I have not had this kind of joyful interaction from a fast food restaurant in a very long time .. Amanda was not only at the window when I pulled up, but she had this absolutely stunning smile on her face as if she genuinely loved her job. Now I’m not going to go into the insanely complicated day I have had but her personality most definitely helped turn my horrid day into a great evening.. and I can’t leave out the professional gentleman that seemed to be doing the work of three people as he made my sandwiches and bagged my order.. I was politely asked to pull up as I was getting fresh fries. This caring gentleman was so sweet when he carefully brought my order out to my car.. I think his name is Demetrise, he handed me the bag with the most amazing smile and it showed he to loved his job…Both Amanda and Demetrise she be going to other stores and train the other teams what guest service is all about.. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience that I’m most definitely coming back not only for the great food but also to experience the great culture that beams from these two .. and if he...

Wow I hadn't been to Arby's in some time and really used to enjoy the roast beef sandwiches. However I had a very disappointing experience at the Arby's on the corner of Michigan and Orange Avenue. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two roast beef sandwiches and a fry. When I got to the cashier my order was dollars with some change. So I gave the cashier extra coin change and a $20 bill, an expectation of getting only bills returned. Well the young African-American cashier was absolutely stumped. She couldn't figure out how to count backward or how much she should give me in return. Even though I remained patient and courteous , she actually got angry and rude with me and said "it's people like you who make my job hard". She flung my bag of food out of the window at me, and slammed though drive through window shut. Seems as if she had difficulty being a cashier and not knowing simple arithmetic. Needless to say, the sandwiches were skimpy and look like they were slapped together quickly. Arby's, what's going on with...

Everytime I try and order from them they always forget me ajue dip for my French dip. When I got home and I try to call this restaurant. No one answer the phone. So I called back a couple times. Then finally someone answer and doesn't say anything. I can here people talking in the back ground and the vent fans very clear. It's like someone answered the phone and laid the phone down just so it would stop ringing. So I hang up and then try to call back. And thast when I got the busy signal and it staied busy for hours. Because I kept trying to call back for the next hours until I gave up and went to bed. If I had a car and not riding with friends I would have went back up there but I couldn't. And this is not the first time this has happened this is just the first time I'm going out of my way to leave my first review ever. Just very unprofessional. Just...

The staff behind the counter were disgraceful. Talking and laughing while taking order. No jalapenos, no ice in soda machine causing me to ask for ice, again having to endure the childish disturbing behavior of people behind the counter. As we sat there, I resisted saying something to these rude children as their rabunctious loud talking and laughing was nonstop. Only one person was dutifully doing his work filling the sauces. I find it shameful these young people are so comfortable disrespecting their customers, their employer and worst of all themselves. I'm not saying they should be monks I'm suggesting they should take pride in their work. Their lack of attention and focus is reflected in the absence of a subject in the attached photo of the Arby's sign. All except the one young gentleman should undergo extensive training or be let go.

Pulled up, for Philly and Drink. No meal. Get to window, ask you to pay but also ask you to drink past window to wait. Appears to be the trend for small orders with no sides. Walk inside, Sandwich was on counter, ready. From the time I was asked to move to me parking and walking inside, not even a minute went by. Philly tasted like it was frozen previously and the regular sized lemonade is small. Before you even pay, ask if they are going to ask you to move first. Try using cash to ask for refund when they do. The brisket and corned beef is straight for Fast-food but the Philly is horrible. The only thing your getting when your asked to move for the person behind you is a diss. Just get that refund and receipt. Don't make people pay if you are gonna ask them to waste time too.
