We found this as it was a good price for the portion that you get. We went during peak lunch time so it was extremely crowded. There is an option to mobile order here. We did not as the regular line was short, or so we thought. We ordered all lamb gyro combos with different side options. One member of my party asked a question about what was included in the sides and if it comes with hummus, the employee said yes. So when she picked up her order she noticed there was no hummus and asked for some. That employee told her that her meal did not come with that. She politely explained that the other employee told her it did. The employee told her she was misinformed and refused to give her hummus. A side of hummus that costs them 3 cents, he was so adamant about not resolving the issue. That was disappointing. So then we waited by the pick up as, as did everyone else so it was crowded there. The people calling the orders were nowhere near loud enough. We watched as gyros popped up in the expo window and did not get taken out. The expo window was overflowing in gyros just sitting there and no one was there taking them out to put together orders. We watched as people that ordered after us got their order, and we watched as people that were here before us still hadn’t gotten their order either. We had 3 separate orders and we all ordered one after the other. Our first two orders came out pretty quickly, within 5-7 minutes. However the last order was taking a long time. We waited around 25 minutes more minutes for our order while our other party was eating and basically done. Once we finally received our order, it was wrong, and it was ice cold. We ordered two lamb gyros and we got one lamb and one chicken. We didn’t want to deal with the crowds and the chaos and the employees so we just ate it. It all was good, it was hearty and came with a decent sized portion. We took our gyros just across the way to some outdoor tables. The Madagascar dance party does happen from time to time right there and it is loud so FYI on that. Overall I would recommend this as a unique option that is a departure from traditional theme park food, and it is a good bang for your buck. However, please go on off peak meal times to...
Read moreOne star overall.
Food: 3 stars, OK to eat, but not good enough. Fries and Chicken stingers are just simply frozen and cooked.
Efficiency: 0 star. It kept me and my friends wait 40 minutes for the food. There are several people behind us, but they all got the food.
Price: 1 star. I understand it might be a little expensive inside the resort, but the price is still too high for a fast food place. $15 for 3 chicken stingers only and nearly $20 that comes with frozen fries and a small side.
Service: Also 0 star. When we hurried up the order at 15 minutes, they said they will check, but they still kept us wait for 25 more minutes before we get our food. Besides, There is no napkins come with the food, also no fork/knive/spoon come with it. There is no any compensation for the long waiting.

Read moreI ordered through the mobile app and checked in to say I was ready. It said 10 min wait. I waited for 30 min before going to the window. The lady yelled back to the kitchen that she needed my order. I waited another 30 min before seeing that my order got canceled in the app. I again approached the window and there was a different girl, who said they called my name multiple times and I never responded so they cancelled it. My name was not called once. My bf and I were both sitting right next to the window the whole time. She refused to comp the order and said I would have to re-order in the app again if I wanted the food. We ended up just leaving empty handed after waiting...
