Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream Counter at The Milkhouse — Restaurant in Orlando

Horrible experience. My husband lost his wallet. We proceeded to go back the following day to try and find it. Because we had an airtag on it, the airtag showed that it was at Kelly's. Ice cream. We proceeded to go inside and ask the manager if they had found a wallet. The manager proceeded to look at me and my husband and say she had thrown the wallet away. It had not even been 24 hours. Then, proceeded to say that she was going to help us get the wallet out of the dumpster, her and a few other employees came to the back Door. And proceeded to laugh in our face and say she'll be back in a minute. Went back inside came back out 10 to 15 minutes later and proceeded to tell me and my husband. that the dumpster was too full or She would help us get the wallet we in return, had to call the police department to have them.Come out, try and help us get his wallet out of the dumpster. The website said they close at 10 pm. Called at 9:20 to see if they would still serve me and the woman said “well we’re already closing the store so depends what you want”. I said I just wanted ice cream and she said that’s fine. I get there 5 min later and all of the ice cream is packed up. Nothing is visible. Idk her name, but the large black girl was very rude. She asked me what I wanted and then told me she was out of all of that. So I just got chocolate and vanilla. Since all of the ice cream was put up, she had to go to the back of the store to get it. This place is absolutely delicious!! My man and I just moved to the area and found this place based on proximity. We gave it a shot and are hooked. The flavors are delicious and some are different, super yummy combos that you won’t find anywhere else. We both love the quality and flavor options, and they gave us huge scoops of ice cream. We definitely got our money’s worth and will keep coming back (we’ve already been twice in the first week).
