The pizza is not bad. The same as any Little Caesar’s I’ve been to which is why I gave 2 stars. My review is on the poor customer service and their attempt to up-charge me. This is the second time they tried to add a more expensive pizza I did not order to my ticket. The first time the lady apologized and gave me a regular pepperoni versus the extra pepperoni I never ordered. Just now I was up-charged for an extra cheesy pizza which I told the guy who rung me up, James, that I did not order an extra cheesy pizza (which is more than a regular pizza). He had a horrible attitude and said “that is what was hot and ready.” I told him in a stern, but polite manner that it was not what we ordered and explained to him it’s the 2nd time it has happened in this location. His response was “we’ve never had a regular cheese hot and ready in over 3 years and this is what we do.” He then proceeded to tell me that I ordered a hot and ready. I corrected him and said, “i ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Not once did I say extra cheese hot and ready. It would have been nice if you mentioned there is a wait on the cheese instead of adding what I did not order. My family does not even like extra cheese on our pizzas.” I immediately requested my money back. It appears as if he voided my card transaction. We will see if it gets voided in my bank account.
The treatment I received here is unacceptable especially when I was not rude to him given the fact he up-charged me. He is wrong in stating he can give me a more expensive pizza because they did not have a cheese pizza ready when I never ordered it. He should have mentioned the wait time and I would have waited. Instead this location lost a customer and got a bad review in hopes that others see this and check their receipts. That is not standard course of business for Little Caesar’s and I will be following up with corporate. They need to audit...
Read moreThe pizza is cool usually, but I can't respect deceptive practices.
Lying to customers is no way to maintain the customers business.
What occurred after 5pm (before 6pm) 08/10/2016 is that I knew about the deal on the Hot-N-Ready Deep! Deep! Dish pepperoni pizza for $8 is purchased between 4-8pm, as seen on the flyer received in the mail.
I get there, the cashier (Lexi) mentioned the pizza for $8 and that it comes with free crazy bread. I agreed and then she gave me a total of $9.57 saying "I meant" $9.57.
I paid and wanted to go double check the flyer before calling the manager. I called the store, but before I told her what happened with me, I asked her a question about the flyer to see if the deal in the flyer was valid for the price, time and the store location.
She said yes it is. So then I told her about what occurred with me and then she changed her story saying that their location's price is $8.99 and it comes with crazy bread (which came with no dipping sauce I might add).
So how does the ad go from being valid to invalid? Because she said so after they were pointed out for lying? I've contacted corporate, which I told her I would and she said that they are a franchise, so their Little Caesars does not have a corporate.
After she lied about the price, when its clearly on the ad and she agreed to it prior... does she really think i'm going to take what she says as truth? Heck no.
Some of you reading this review might think its not that big of a deal, but lies to increase profits may be okay with you but they do not deserve my...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter went to get us a pizza and arrived at 10:05, they close at 11. She calls me while she’s there and says “‘mom, they said they’ve already cleaned the kitchen and if we went then to make a pizza it’ll be over 30 minutes. Should I wait? “
I was going to just place the order for pickup online but I only had cash, the estimated wait time was 10-15 minutes.
My daughter is non confrontational and felt like a burden so she ended up leaving, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He said he was speaking. I asked why he would be closing down and basically turning people away an hour before they closed at 11. I told him what my daughter had told me and he said “ that’s not what I said, I said we are really busy “. I said “ oh, really, so you’re calling my daughter a liar? “ to which he replied “ yeah “.
My daughter would have just told me they were busy, either way she was waiting for my answer on whether to wait or not, she didn’t need to make up that the kitchen was...
