To start off I would to express that I was very impressed with the service. It was very bad customer service so early in the morning. I guess we just got the workers at their bad morning start. First of all, we received the food at the table longer than expected. About 4 order after others that came after us. The cashier never said that we will have to wait longer. She only directed us to take a sit and wait. When the food arrived, it seemed that everything was there but it wasn't. We ordered some cream and sugar for the coffee on the side and it wasn't there. My dad ordered a platter with 2 round eggs and a sausage patty and there was not even a utensil to eat it with. As we were talking to the lady who delivered the food, she started arguing about how she only takes the tray to the tables that that was her job. She was very rude, disrespectful in her approach to "complete" the order. Very intolerable to have an employer like that in your face even looking wrong at you. Not only was she very unfriendly but nasty in the way that she put her hands on the food. She opened our coffees to tell us the cream was placed inside, something we knew since we have some placed inside but also like some on the side. At the end, she just told us to get the condiments (salt and pepper) ourself and pointed to where we could find it. Now all set to eat, I opened the sandwich (steak muffin) to eat and discover that it was made with folded egg instead of rounded. I went to the counter and the manager asked me if I needed something. I told her about the mistake in the sandwich. Female manager with short curly hair took the sandwich and told the girl making sandwiches to switch the egg to a round one. The sandwich that I returned was the same one I received back not even with an apology and now going to eat with my cold hash brown and coffee. I thought it was still a policy to dispose returned items and remake them. I feel frustrated towards this whole service and how awful was the experience. Do NOT recommend it at all. It is not worth...
Read moreI guess McDonald's is trying to copy cat chick fil a in term of bringing the food to the table. They are trying to give you an "upscale" dining instead of a fast food atmosphere. But guess what's missing.... a great customer service !!!!!
We went there one morning and the cashier gave us the number to be put on the table and the food will be delivered. So we sat down and the food was delivered. We didn't realize that the girl forgot to grab the number. Few minutes later, in the middle of we're eating...the girl ran and grab the number from behind from between me and my husband !!!! No im sorry no excuse me not even anything. We dropped our jaws and had a blank moment.. "what just happened???" My husband asked... "are we invisible sitting here???? If you're not going to give a table manner service then don't even try to have one" McDonald was fine to be a fast food with fast food consistency so keep it that way!!!!
You know... I'm not expecting a fine dining service in a fast food restaurant but if you're trying to bump up your "value" in any way by adding that service, please do give a proper training. People think bringing food to a table is not a rocket science...well it's not!!! But if this people never know manner in their family then it is a big problem!!!! Bring them to chick fil a one day to observe how nice their employees are, that's why people don't mind to pay between $8-$10 for a meal.
I hope one of you who works or affiliated with this company read this review and do something about it. Either you stay with what you know and be the best at it or LEARN AND PRACTICE what you don't know then be better at it!!!! Don't just throw in new employees to do stuff that's not even have a proper training. To your company probably is not a big deal but for us as a guest, it's very rude and annoying...
Read moreIf Zero stars were an option I would definitely rate them zero. My fiancé and I live downtown and go through the drive thru often. This location has been closed for renovation tonight we decided to to actually go in and see the new renovations. We had a great time but towards the end of our meal a manager came over to the table adjacent to us and began banging on it . There was a elderly man sitting at that table who came in after us he purchased a Big Mac and had a seat . He smiled and waived at us it’s the reason I observed what he was eating , I noticed a while after my fiancé and I finished our meal that he had dozed off I wondered if he was okay but his head was upright not on the table and he wasn’t disturbing anyone, however Mcdonald’s felt otherwise they had one of their managers bang on the table and tell him he had to go the man was startled and the manager kept saying right now ... Yes he dozed off , but he did purchase something it’s not like he was just loitering and he is human whether he be homeless as I suspect they were speculating he still deserves to be treated with dignity. My fiancé spoke to the manager on duty because he was appalled we live in the center of Downtown there are homeless people everywhere this has just become the normal culture down here but there are different ways to handle this he was told by the mod that the General Manager saw the man sleeping on camera and called into the store to have them remove him.Shame on you Mcdonald’s this is not how you treat people. At the end of the day he’s human no matter his situation and deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. I will never return to...
