I'm giving 5 stars and I would give a hundred if I could thanks to the amazing hospitality shown to us by Bill. Me and my two young children were caught in a really bad thunderstorm underneath a covering near the patio area of the restaurant. We were tucked in a corner outside a closed shop's door trying not to get soaked. Bill walked over to us with a big umbrella and escorted us over to the restaurant so we could take shelter. I was already so touched by his kindness but to top it off, he came back over with a couple slices of cheese pizza for my kids while we waited (which were so delicious, my daughter practically inhaled the whole slice!). Bill checked on us several times to make sure we were okay and chatted with me and my kids. He even told me I could take his umbrella so we wouldn't have to keep waiting. When the storm eventually started to clear up and we were getting ready to go, I asked about paying for the pizza and he said "it was an honor" to take care of us and the pizza was on him. I'm just so blown away by his kindness. I hope the owners see this. I work in Talent Development for Hilton Grand Vacations and I build a variety of trainings for team members that are based on how to provide excellent hospitality to guests. I plan on telling this story to my resort operations team members to give them a shining example of what top-tier hospitality is supposed to be like. Thank you again to Bill for his care for me and my babies today. You all have a new loyal customer and I can't wait to come back for a big...
Read moreI live across the street and go to this pizza place every week. The one time they mess up my order and give me this “half cheese/half pepperoni”. HALF WHERE? The whole pie is pep. I can’t eat pork. So, I called them and they told me to bring the pizza back. No problem. A little weird, but no problem.
I bring it back expecting to have the proper order made or in the midst of being made after waiting 30mins for the wrong order. They failed to mention on the phone they wouldn’t begin doing that until they saw the original pizza first. Ok sounds. Show them. Then they tell me they won’t offer to remake the pizza OR refund me. Instead they tell me I was the one who carried the pizza wrong and to deal with it. Are you joking??? That’s how they treat their customers. So when I ask for management, turns out no management is ever on site.. just when the owners pop in. Go figure.
The best part is they told me since I carried it wrong, it all slipped over the place and it was MY fault. Ok….EXCEPT THERE IS LITERALLY A STRAIGHT ROW OF PERFECT PEPPERONI LINED UP… FOLLOWED BY THE MESSY PEPS ON THE CHEESE SIDE. So what happened??? The pepperoni slipped and turned messy at one part but the next part aligned perfectly into a straight line?
So instead of getting help, I left the pizza on the counter and let them keep my $20.
Go somewhere else - this place is overrated. $20 wasted, no customer satisfaction, and Anthony’s up the street in Thornton Park is...
Read moreFirst I must say that evertime I have gone to this restaurant, I have had a great experience. The food and service was always great. Yesterday I had my first bad experience with the server. I was there with 10 friends sitting both inside and out. I was at a table inside with a friend. When everyone was finished eating the server came over and asked how we wanted our checks. Everyone including me asked for separate checks. I was the first to go up to the cashier. It was our server. She said an amount that inlcluded the amount for my friend as well. When I told her that I had said separate checks, she said in a loud and condescending manner that others could here, "Oh you probably forgot what you said." I looked her straight in the eyes and said you are lying, I know specifically what I said. She never apologized for her error instead she kept berating me. She fixed the bill. I went back to our tables and was telling what she told me. I told my friends I should have asked to speak to the manager, The server heard me and came over and said she was the manager. If this is your choice of a manager, you won't remain in business very much longer. She owes me an apology. I will not go back to your restaurant again and I will advise my friends to go someplace else next time. She ruined my day with her words. She should not be working...
