A vegan pizza is a vegan pizza, you can’t charge me for cheese that isn’t vegan because your staff has a limited vocabulary and doesn’t know what vegan is. I've ordered pizza from Pizza@Lake Eola twice and hoped for better results on the second round. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I placed my order using their online system which then told me my Wednesday order would be ready on Friday. I called them and tried to ask when my pizza would be ready. The woman who answered said "No" then hung up. I didn't even ask a yes or no question. I drove down to the pizza shop and tried again to ask about my order. The woman working seemed to have trouble understanding me, then handed me the only pizza that was on top of the oven. I opened it and it was not the pizza I ordered. The woman up front went to the back of the restaurant. I didn't feel like waiting for another employee to assist with the order, let alone wait around for my pizza to be made, so I thought pizza is pizza and headed home. I got home and the pizza was so undercooked that the ingredients fell right off. The bottom of the pizza was closer to dough than crust. I won't be going back. I had an amazing experience at this pizzeria! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and generous toppings that made every bite unforgettable. You can truly taste the quality and care they put into their food.

Another thing that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire place was. The dining area was spotless, the kitchen was very organized, and even the bathrooms were exceptionally clean, which says a lot about the standards they uphold.
