Really bad Service!!!!!!and the Manager was very rude to my mother and my son , My mother was visiting us and we decided to go out and have a beautiful experience at this restaurant but what a disappointment !!when we got there they told us we can sit anywhere we want which we did, but we got ignore from the staff I had to go and ask the waitress for menus. Never came back again. Until I went back and ask the bartender if she can get my order in since we were already waiting for 25 minutes she came quickly and took our orders them the waitress came after 10 minutes and asked if we were ready to order I told her we already did . We waited for another 45 minutes for our food and when we got our food was cold and there was no dressing on my mother salad no water was offered so I ran back and tell the waitress to please get some dressing for the salad her response was well we need to go and get it and the other side of the building so now we want it another 15 minutes to get the dressing at this point my mother was really hungry she ended up eating from my plate I request to speak to a manager immediately and told her about my experience there she was very rude never said sorry she accuse us of being demanding and rude I couldn’t believe it . Coming from the hospitality business myself for 15 years I couldn’t believe it She was arguing with me accuse me of being rude to her staffs this manager Taylor Udud. I'm glad this pub was on the Loews Portofino property and especially because we didn't feel like commuting elsewhere for drinks. They've got a really good cocktail selection as well as beer. They've also got a cigar menu for those that enjoy that. They're open in the evenings and late after all of the other restaurants have closed for the day. They have a cheese plate that will also go great with drinks.
