Bought the annual pass with universal annd received a free valet parking. At first moment really thought was awesome because of the location of the parking compared with the regular one.
So after 3 days going to universal studios I went today at the universal and ,park my car around 3 pm this afternoon. When I went to pick up my car was a huge scratches in the back part of the bumper and looks like they kit a white pole or wall because of the dimension of the damage. The driver gave my car and said we had to leave fast because was at a rush moment and lot of people were waiting there to pick up their cars. So then, I notice the damage on my car.
So we had to wait and do all the paperwork 2 times (one for the manager and the other for security), the manager did not provide a copy machine so we had to do everything twice.
After 40 minutes doing the paperwork we were told that ,we will have to call them in 3 days to see if they will cover our damage or not.
I'm extremely upset, and I will never valet my car with them again! If I trust you with my car, I expect it back the way I gave it to you! Another thing that I was curious that somebody drove my car 20 miles today and during that time, I was inside universal studios. I did put that on the complaint as well.
I felt really bad, because the manager there was not receptive, and he treat us like was our fault. I don’t feel this is right. I am business owner and would be a shame to me to have a manager like that talk to my customers the way he treat me.
Is their fault my car is damage and he treat me as it was my fault, and was his car you know what I mean?
So you if you have an option to park there instead of walk do not go at this direction because if will and they damage your car , good luck to you, and you will have to spend days solving a problem during your vacation.
I filed a complaint against the manager and them at universal studios ,but not trying to destroy his job, but just to give a good feedback so then they can improve their services for the future people who will park...

I was waiting for my friends to arrive in another car and when they got there we told him that we were going to a Beyoncé Movie which started at 10:30 and was 3 hrs long. He told me the regular parking was free. If I was worried about the cost I wouldn’t have came to valet. He said because they close at 1 am I couldn’t park there. Ok top of that it was about 10 valet people standing around and yapping and no one had approached my friends car so was talking to her from Bluetooth in the car and she said “it’s just a bunch of kids standing around not wanting to work” and he got mad at what someone said not even the customer he was attending to, so he proceeding to say “if y’all are just gonna talk like that have a good day and tried to shut my door on me.” Keep in mind we are all about 40 something so yeah, these young employees with no proper customer service resembled “kids” to us. Read moreEnding up in valet parking after trying to leave the park on foot and being unable to find the exit. My SO was tired and in pain so I ordered and uber to get us to our hotel a mile away.
One of the valet associates confronted me about why I was in the lot, and I told him I ordered an uber. He told me I wasnt allowed to be picked up there and had to leave, but didnt tell me where to go.
So i told my driver to pick my up at the corner of Universal BLVRD (public road..) outside of valet parking, which he did.
As I walked out of the parking lot with my SO, the valet associate from earlier and one of the others FOLLOWED me out of the parking lot, as if there was a problem with me leaving like they told me to. The kicker was that they hadnt even seen my Uber until I was out of the lot, and quickly followed behing me in a threatening way.
