It's been a long time, if ever, since I've written a review for a fast food restaurant. I usually expect fast food level service and food. And leave it at that. However, this afternoon (Wed, Dec 6th at around 4:15pm) my toddler wanted a frosty. We pulled into a drive-through with only 1 car ahead of use. They placed their order, and we proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes to order a small frosty and a medium frosty. That's it. When we ordered and then pulled forward, we later waited for another 10 minutes to move to the window and someone to open the sliding glass. The young Hispanic woman with glasses didn't say a word. She grabbed my card and handed me the frostys. I asked for spoons. She was annoyed. I asked for napkins (heaven forbid), and she rolled her eyes. Again, never a "I'm sorry for the delay" and certainly never. "Do you need spoons or napkins?" Why would a toddler need a spoon or napkin? Push handed me my card and shut the glass. I yelled, "Happy Holidays, and have a nice day," as we pulled away. Nothing was said in return, and she actually never spoke to us. If 1 vehicle in a drive-through is too much to handle, this location has some serious issues. When we pulled around the parking lot to leave, there were 7 cars waiting in the drive-through line. Imagine people actually having the nerve to want to order some food from your restaurant. I'm sorry to say, but I'm sure their experiences were negative as well. We'll never go back, and that's sad. Say "hello" at least. Hopefully, their holiday isn't as terrible as they looked like they felt this afternoon....

No crispy chicken sandwich, no ranch or bbq sauce, no water bottles, no NSF method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) Even with that, I didn't take it to heart and it was all ok until after I got my order. And I'm not the person to do reviews (My 1st review of a place in fact).
I ordered ketchup with the nuggets and realizing I was gonna need more, I asked the employee at the drive thru for more ketchup and sugar for the coffee. She told me they don't have any more ketchup.
While I was looking at her and thinking to myself how is that possible, she steps away from the window and another employee (maybe the manager) asks me what I need. After I tell her, she goes grab ketchup and hands it to me. Her and was POURING with ketchup, to the point where it slipped out of my hands and fell to the ground. When I asked for the sugar, she handed even more ketchup with the sugar, again POURING from her hands.
I understand if you run a food business and you run out of ingredients at some point. But don't deny me the ONE THING that I know you have after telling me you don't have all the things that I asked for. And don't tell me you are rationing ketchup to have enough for everyone since otherwise the other lady wouldn't have given me 5 pounds...
Read moreThe drive through window is slow but I really wanted a taco salad. I only ordered one item, nothing customized. I failed to check when they handed me the bag, didn't think it was necessary, it's just a taco salad, how hard can that be. When I got home, it's missing the best part - the chili. I called & they did acknowledge that my chili was left on the counter but said I had to come back to either get the free salad offered or a credit on my credit card - neither option was good for me. Defeats the purpose of getting fast food. If I wanted to spend over an hour on a dinner issue, I would have had dinner somewhere else. I asked them to deliver it to me, I said you offer door dash, why don't you dash it over. Nope. On the phone, the associate kept interrupting me which is the reason why I'm writing this review. Empathy and listening to the customer is the best way to diffuse frustration. My spouse ultimately went back, was given the chili but not the free salad offered. Definitely a buzz kill on the whole experience and took way too much time. I realize great service from a fast food establishment is a stretch. All the more reason why I don't do fast food options very often and definitely won't...
