Whiskey Lou's Lounge — Restaurant in Orlando

First night in Miami and we were happy to find a little locals dive bar! Sayaa mainly took care of us when we first arrived and I was able to get Colonel EH Taylor and for a solid price! She was a fun person to chat with.

Cash only, smoking allowed inside, couple pool tables, jukebox, in-house scratch offs, everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves.

My only issue came towards the end of the night. I stood at the bar about 10 mins before closing just to ask a question about the in-house scratch offs. The other bartender, if I remember correctly was shortish blonde hair and wore glasses? Very unprofessional and rude.

She made eye contact with me as I was standing in front of her, didn’t say anything, continued turning around to write down on papers. She then hands the papers (handwritten-bills) to everyone at the bar at the same time, skips me again, cashes a few people out, takes a drink order of someone that had just walked up next to me even though I’ve been standing for a few minutes now… makes her drink, cashes her out, than looks at me and goes: “what do you want” in an annoyed manner…

Idk, To be treated like a human being…

She then proceeded to aggressively tell everyone to get out right at 11:59. Walked up to everyone individually to do it. Who pissed in your cornflakes ma’am.

Whiskey Lou's is one of those amazing hole-in-the-wall local bars... Where as soon as you walk in you feel surrounded by the cities most interesting people. I've been going to this bar for over five years now... And the atmosphere and regulars have never changed! You walk in to a fun and warm environment full of pool tables and Loud characters! The drinks are super cheap and the strongest in the city! I find myself lost in a different world whenever I'm there surrounded by good conversation and even better people! Everyone I know who has gone there has always come back at least once! The only negative that I have... is that they only take cash! I wish they would get a square or update their system so people don't have to go to an ATM in order to get a $5 drink. Other than that... I absolutely love this place!!
