Ordered online while on Vacation. My card was charged twice. Called in spoke to gal she recommended to call back next day and speak to Manager, ok fine no big deal.
Called spoke to Nick (manager) explained that my card was charged twice, he explains that he doesn’t see where they did, and only sees one charge, says he will speak to owner to have check as well and encourages me to call my bank. Due to bank being closed at that time of the day agreed to do so the very next day when I spoke with my bank, they informed me that yes both charges did come through. I went to the store and spoke with Nick face-to-face, and he again explained that he does not have two charges showing and that I still need to go to the bank even though the bank confirmed that yes two charges did come through. He basically tells me that since he doesn’t have a second charge that they aren’t going to do anything about it, that I need to get in touch with corporate. Asked for contact information for owner, there wasn’t any. Also wouldn’t provide contact information for corporate, told me I would just have to look it up.
Ok so I’m reasonable, I can see maybe where I need to dispute this with the bank. I’m not able to see their records to truly know what charges they have and don’t. My real problem was with Nick and how he handled his self professionally. He was rude, down grading, not cooperative or helpful, and disrespectful. I have been in customer service for 27 years, and even if he couldn’t do anything about charge, he could’ve been nicer for sure. After he walked away I did say “excuse me, sir” and he seriously continued to ignore me. I was completely baffled by his actions. Read moreWe have always had good pizza and good service from this location. I hate to say it but after the service tonight, I don't think we will be ordering from this location for awhile. We ordered 2 hours before closing time and we got our pizza almost 75 minutes after ordering (we were told 35 minutes as usual). It was burnt, and our stuffed cheesy bread was mostly bread. We had maybe a half cup of cheese total. The customer service was also quite pathetic tonight. They were rude when we called to order (we could even hear them being rude to another employee), and they were rude at delivery. Even if they were really busy, it doesn't call for an attitude like that. People rely on good service, even under times of stress in the workplace. I was not offered any specials and when I called back to see if I can add cheese I was told by a male that it would be extra and I could've added it when I ordered.
