Arby's — Restaurant in Oroville

Went yesterday about 2:30. The girl who took our order was nice, the reason for the 3 stars though. I had a few issues, there were about 4 people up front, we had told the girl we ordered from we were going to eat there. But before we finished our order we told her to switch to take home. When our order came it was on a dine in tray. The problem though, when another girl put the tray on the counter she immediately called my name and slid the tray forward while turning her back to us. Didn't ask if we needed anything else, no other customers in line. So the next problem, I ask a young man who was just standing behind the counter watching the others and said "excuse me can I get some Arby's sauce" and without really even acknowledging me or even turning his head. Grab three Arby's sauces and just threw them in the bag. My order was fries, drink, 4 Arby's classics. So I ask "can I get some more", and this kid looked seriously annoyed I'd even ask such a thing. But another young lady almost pushed him aside. She grabbed a hand full of sauces, put them in the bag and politely thanked us for coming . Don't know if this dude was having a bad day or what. Or what was so important the woman who served our food just immediately turned her back to us. The final issue I had was the entire purpose going was I had seen an ad on tv about there 2 for 6. I even looked it up on their websites by location menu and it showed the were offering it. But when I got there the woman who took my order said they weren't doing it until next month . Like what, that didn't make any sense to me. But I didn't say anything and just...

I get it, they're a new store with new employees so there's bound to be mistakes made-- I get that. But that doesn't make me feel much happier that I spent so much money and the food was kinda terrible. To keep it simple, I'll share with you the two main things that sucked; the orange creme shake & the corned beef Reuben sand. The shake looked great but when I tasted it, I was horrified at how sickeningly sweet it was. They obvi used WAYYY too much orange syrup or whatev it is because it kinda burned the throat even with small sips. Then, the sandwich was a huge disappointment because they put it on WHEAT bread instead of rye and if you've ever had a Reuben sand, you KNOW how much something so seemingly small & insignificant like changing the bread from rye to wheat can change the flavor immensely!! So blah and...sweet? Idk but it's gross.

In summary, I am sure they will get it together with time & eventually I'll prob give them another chance but for now I'm just kinda salty about this...

I was excited to finally have Arby's back in Oroville, but my excitement was short lived. I went in there with some coupons that are valid through August 31 and the girl behind the counter told me they aren't processing coupons until the 29th. Okay, whatever. I decided I'll just pay the full price, but when I tried to order some Turkey Gyros she told me they don't have any turkey. That was the last straw for me, and I stormed out of the place. My parents went there a couple weeks prior and had similar issues. They wouldn't accept the coupons, and they didn't even have any straws for the drinks. I don't know why they opened this joint, if they're clearly not ready to serve customers. At this point, I'd rather just spent the extra gas money to go to the one in Chico, where at least I've always had...
