Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oroville

Been coming here for years. Met staff and mangement in 2017 while homeless. Taco bell has rigid rules about homeless relations and the crew here have developed the best balance between compassion for us and maintaining company standards. The food is great always though as a former service industry worker the beverage prices are way off chart compared to actual cost. All in all this restaurant is the role model that should be looked to in the future for the guides to good relationships with ALL of its local community not just those with paycheck and rent chack. Homeless cash spends the same as any other and the training and crew reflect solid leadership. Its a relief and a god send in blessings to have such a place. I have very extensive information about this place I have been stolen from staying in the hotel and also alot of problems when they ask you to do players bouquet you earn your way to more freeplay or prizes you never get this has happend more then once I have documented it all and even staff members documented it but they still don't make it right. We have learned not to pick up mobile app orders from the drive through, as our order has been incorrect several times, so now we only pick up inside the dining room. Our order was placed to be ready at 2:30. My husband arrived inside at 2:20. He waited about 20 minutes without hearing his name called, and when he finally asked, he was informed that the order waiting on the counter since his arrival- now 30 minutes- was ours.
