I went through the drive through and once I had my drink, I realized there were 3 flies in it (2 fruit flies and 1 housefly). I immediately called them once I got to work and the girl (I believe her name is Emma) I talked to was so apologetic and very friendly over the phone - she told me if I came back they would gladly remake the drink for me and give me a gift card to make up for it. I went in the next day and the girl who I talked to at the counter wasn’t the friendliest - They did remake the drink for me but it tasted bad and was completely watered down. Read moreClearly it's ok to make the lobby wait for their drinks, while the drive-thru gets speedy service. Which means they will eventually get to you. At their convenience. Manager gets in the way of people who are working after standing around talking. To someone who is behind the counter in street clothes. Then starts to make hot drinks again for the drive-thru first. Who knew it would take almost 15mins to get 2 drinks. When you're the only customer in the lobby waiting for their order. Since when is it sanitary or allowed to have street clothes behind the counter? Was she a friend or a worker there on her day off? Who knows besides the manager and the workers. Read moreTypically, when you go out for coffee with a group of people you expect your order to arrive at the same time. Two people in our group got their coffees immediately while the other two people had to wait over 20 minutes. There were people who ordered after us getting their orders before us. I had to go up to the counter twice to see what the status of the rest of our order was. The server was not polite and told us they were busy and have a new ordering system and that’s just the way it was. If management implemented a new ordering system, I would suggest they reevaluate because it is not working. Orders should be processed on a first come first...
