Five Guys — Restaurant in Oshtemo Charter Township

I love this restaurant, usually. I did a take out last week. And was in a hurry so didn't double check it. Both burgers were wrong😥. I went back this week, because im still craving what I didn't get. Order my burger mayo, ketchup,lettuce tomato. Wait for about 20 mins. Cause its made fresh. No worries. Looking forward to the burger I ordered last week but didn't get. Get my food, its wrong. It has lettuce tomato,pickle,mushroom and the worst thing to me onion. 🤮.. So I take it up to have it remade. give them my ticket, which has the right order on it. Wait another 20 mins. Get my burger. Wrong AGAIN. At this point its been over 45 min since I placed my order. Thankfully it didn't have onion on it so I just ate it. Idk what's changed in the last 2 wks. It was great. You walk down an isle, step up to the counter, place your order, walk a little ways and get your drink and at the end of the long counter you get your food. It looks like everything is ready to go out the door or you can take your food and go to one of the tables. The tables and stools we sat at were taller than regular dining chairs. It's not a place to go if you want peace and quiet. The persomel behind the counter are friendly and treat you like you're the only one there when they take your order. One of the girls asked me if I really wanted the burger I ordered and explained to me it was jobungis. I didn't see that part although I just wanted a simple burger. We stopped in for lunch about four months ago. This is not a place to take a senior citizen who needs time to process the menu. Know what you want before you get to the counter. Finding a seat is every man for themselves. They're very popular, I get that. The burgers were very good, but there's a high likelihood you won't get cheese on your cheeseburger. Not worth taking it back. On the other hand, every burger seems to be a double burger. Not all bad. As I recall, the fries were okay; you really get your money's worth of those. In the midst of say lunchtime rush, the restaurant gets a little messy but not revolting. For my husband, mom and me, the bill came to over $39.00. For burgers and fries, that price is crazy. We...
