It's a hit or miss, sometimes they make your drink delicious, sometimes they're too busy or distracted and they forget things, one day I ordered the cocoa wow and it tasted like Milk with ice, when I told them they asked the guy that made it and they told me the "new guy" forgot to put the sweet boba and instead he put the unsweetened one, today I ordered 4 drinks, one of them was the milk cap matcha and they "forgot" the milk cap, another one was the kung fu milk tea which was unsweetened and it lacked of tea flavor, after telling them about it they looked at me like I was crazy, and told me: "it's you, it's your taste, we have a recipe and it's always lthe same, do you want some water to clean up your palate? Maybe you had some other flavors mixed" I was like: really? Following your recipe the matcha milk cap had no milk cap in "the same order" 🤷🏻‍♂️ so, at the end they didn't fix it, whatever. When the store opened they listened to customers and made things right, nowadays with way more bussiness they don't seem to care much if they "forget" ingredients and such....

I ordered a Thai milk tea. I don’t know what it actually was, but I have never had Thai tea that doesn’t have any sort of orange color to it. It was weird tasting, and I can’t put my finger on what it even tastes like. It did come from a large cooler labeled Thai tea, so I don’t think it was made incorrectly. The bubbles were alright, but nothing special. The employee at the register didn’t really know how the app worked when I had questions. I scanned my app for rewards, but they weren’t used, even though he said they go through automatically. I had $2 reward that expires on Monday, and another that I didn’t check the date for. He said he thinks I’d have to load the app before using rewards, but didn’t let me know until after I paid. It was an overall unfortunate experience. We used to drive 30 minutes each way twice a week to order here. Last visit I ordered a drink with 30% sugar level and when I tasted the drink it was sweeter than any drink I’ve had there before. I took a second sip just to be sure and the beverage to me was I drinkable. I had someone else try it when I arrived home and they also concurred with my assessment. Because the location was so far away it took me another full day before I had an opportunity to return. I spoke to the clerk and she said because I took a drink from it and it was over 1 day they would not remake it, even though the drink was still 90% full. We will never do business...
